Hervorragender Aufenthalt in der Villa. Trotz schlechteren Wetters konnten wir die vielen Möglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück gut nutzen. Fußball, Volleyball, Tischtennis, Kicker, Pool und für unsere regnerischen Tage war der überdachte Außenbereich mit Feuer-/Grillstelle optimal. Die Kommunikation war einfach und alle Fragen wurden zügig und schnell beantwortet. Auch unser späterer Check-in wurde einfach ermöglicht. Man benötigt 400 € in bar für die Kaution. Kleinere Schäden, wie kaputte Gläser, werden aber nicht abgezogen.

Super ruhig und abgeschieden, sehr entspannter Aufenthalt, angenehmer großer Poolbereich mit schöner Sicht auf die Bucht.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! We were at this place for 4 days and the house was great. We have enjoyed the evenings after cycling the whole day. The house was a great opportunity to calm down and enjoy the sun.

La maison est située au coeur des villages perchés et offre une vue superbe sur Groznjan. La terrasse et l'espace intérieur de la maison sont spacieux et décorés avec goût. Dragana est une hôte attentive et réactive aux questions.

Beautiful house and surroundings, all new and clean. Really luxurious with pool, jacuzzi and sauna. We were out of main season, so the prices were ok and well worth it. You can also get access to the mini golf and mini tennis nearby.

Top Ferienhaus in toller Lage! Ruhig und abgelegen und dennoch ist in kurzen Strecken alles erreichbar, was man im Urlaub braucht. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Aktivitäten, Strand… Einziges Manko war das Internet, das bis zum Schluss mal mehr, mal weniger funktioniert hat, aber sowohl Hausbesitzer, als auch die zuständige Haushälterin vor Ort waren extremst bemüht, alles erdenklich mögliche zu tun, das Problem zu beheben. Letztlich tat es auch mal gut, nicht immer online zu sein… Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Pool klasse, wir haben uns sofort sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war sauber, die Küche top ausgestattet, bequeme Betten… Absolute Empfehlung!!! Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder! Danke, Erich, für die tolle Zeit!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub! Das Haus war perfekt für uns (2 Familien), es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und vor allem die Schlafzimmer sind wünderschön eingerichtet. Für die Zimmer im Obergschoß gibt es extra Bäder. Besonders der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ingrid war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Krasna hiša na čudoviti lokaciji! Mir in moznost za razne aktivnosti, kar je bilo idealno za dve družini in otroke razlicnih starosti. Komunikacija z Manco je bila neoporecna. Sprejela nas je prijazna Darija, kar je dalo nasemu obisku topel pečat in nam bo dolgo ostalo v spominu. Hvala!

Our stay at this stunning villa was simply unforgettable. The amenities were superb, and the decor was very lovingly arranged, leaving nothing to be desired. The attention to detail in the furnishings made our stay especially pleasant. Our entire family, including our dog, felt extremely comfortable here. It was a home away from home, where we immediately felt welcome. A huge thank you goes to our host, Sandra. She was incredibly hospitable and always available and helpful. Her warmth and support made our stay even more enjoyable. We are sure: We will definitely come back!

Vi havde den perfekte familie ferie, vi var 9 mennesker afsted, mor,far, 3 børn (14,14,5 år), mormor & morfar samt 2 onkler. Vi havde masser af plads og dejlige omgivelser i huset. Poolen var et hit, haven skøn at lege i og terrassen lå perfekt i forhold til at de voksne kunne holde øje med børnene. Sandra var så imødekommende og gav os gode tips til spisesteder. Vi vil klart anbefale huset til familier med børn eller flere vennepar.

It was great. The villa is beautiful. We liked that it was private. Has a great pool and terrace. The host is very friendly and responds quickly.

We enjoyed our stay in Ingrid's. The house is very nice, peaceful and clean. It has a very nice indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot top and steam room. However, the house lacks air conditioning in bedrooms so the sleeping at night was a struggle. Also the outdoor swimming pool is right next to the Tiny House which makes it awkward to use while they are guests in the Tiny House but having indoor pool meant that wasn't a problem for us.

We absolutely loved our stay. Vesna's place is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly clean. The beds are very comfortable and we were happy to have a private bathroom for every bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed including a bit of cheese and sausage provided for our arrival. The view is incredible, I could stare at it all day and night. We truly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, the local town, the beaches and most importantly the view. We had such a wonderful holiday and hope someday to return. The last bit of the drive to the villa is quite adventurous but oh so worth it. We loved this place very much and hated to leave. Before we left, Vesna gifted us some honey schnapps and her husband returned later with a nice bag of Chestnuts from their own tree. A lovely host family of a wonderful villa.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war von der ersten Minute an hervorragend!! Ein tolles Haus, alles an Untensilien da die man braucht, super Garten und vor allem eine wunderschöne Poolanlage an der wir die meiste Zeit verbracht haben! Wir waren eine 13-köpfige Gruppe (7 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder im alter von 4 Monaten bis 9 Jahre). Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und gemütlich. Die Badezimmer (und auch alle anderen Zimmer) sind sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet! Man merkt hier dass wirklich viel Liebe zum Detail reingesteckt wurde! In Opatija und der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele gute Badestrände, sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder. Die Stadt selbst bietet viele gute Restaurants und lädt auch zum bummeln ein. Sylvia war eine super-freundliche und hilfreiche Gastgeberin, die stets mit Rat und Hilfe zur Seite gestanden hat!! Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!!

Die Unterkunft von Goran bietet einen absoluten tollen, großen und sehr gepflegten Garten am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes. Wir waren insgesamt 2 Familien (5 und 4 Personen). Die obere Wohnung (1. Stock) ist super für 5 Personen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es 2 voneinander getrennte Einheiten. Beide Einheiten haben je ein Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnraum und 1 Duschbad. Die vordere Einheit hat zudem noch eine Küchenzeile und eine Ausziehcouch, die meine Kinder nutzten. Die zum Pool liegende Wohnung haben wir als Lagerraum genutzt. Sollte man planen, das Haus mit 2 Familien buchen zu wollen, sollte man sich der Aufteilung bewusst sein. Der Komfort in der oberen Wohnung ist höher. Da sich unser Leben größtenteils im traumhaften Garten abgespielt hat, war das für uns nicht so wichtig. Goran und seine Schwiegermutter sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können Goran und seine Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen. Danke Goran für die tollen 10 Tage bei Dir.

How shall i start…it was a perfect stay in the area of Rijeka. The house is located in the community of Kostrena, close to Rijeka, with a wonderful view overlooking the Kvaener bay. Just amazing! The house is new with four bedrooms and min. three bath rooms. (3 insuite and one additional bath room). It is spotless clean and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. It even offers a fully automated coffee machine. The terrace with the open fire place is perfect for nice evening bbq‘s. The pool was already ready for use and the kids did use it every day! Thanks for the wonderful time, Zeljko and Ira! You are wonderful hosts!!!

We had a fantastic week. The villa was perfect and beautifully presented with lots of extra touches that made it a special place to stay. Marina was great, we were able to check in earlier and she provided us with everything we needed and was quick to respond. The villa is really private and peaceful but situated really well for a short drive into to Porec and the main roads are easily accessible to be able to explore Istria.

Unsere Zeit in Vesnas Villa war absolut fantastisch! Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern und bietet alles: Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna und Billardtisch. Wir haben hier eine Workation gemacht und die Kombination aus Arbeit und Urlaub war ideal. Das WLAN war schnell und die Umgebung ruhig – perfekt zum Arbeiten. Jeder hatte genügend Platz und alles war makellos sauber. Zur Begrüßung gab es frisches Gemüse, eine leckere Käse/Wurstplatte und Wein, was uns direkt willkommen hieß. Zum Abschied überraschte uns Vesna mit köstlichem Palatschinken. Diese herzlichen Gesten zeigen, wie aufmerksam und zuvorkommend Vesna als Gastgeberin ist. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt und unvergesslich. Wir können diese Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen. 5 Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig für diese herausragende Erfahrung!

Vi holdte en uges ferie i villa Zoro med vores tre små børn. Vi havde en dejlig afslappende uge. Der er ikke meget at lave i byen. Men der er en fodboldbane og legeplads vi benyttede dagligt. Men der er 10 minutters kørsel til nærmeste større supermarked (Lidl) Vi blev taget imod af ms. Eni, som er super sød og venlig. Boligen var ren og pæn, med et køkken med alt hvad man behøver. Det eneste minus ved opholdet, var at det ligger blandt mange ruin huse der bliver renoveret og der kommer en lugt fra hønsehuset ved siden af. Men vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie! Check-ud var også super fleksibelt, hvor Sarah kom og endda havde en lille gave til os.

This was a great experience! We had spent a week on the Croatian Islands and wanted a different second half of a holiday, up in the mountains with good access to explore Istria. The house is very private, with spectacular views over Istria, a lovely pool and the sun shining on the front all day. The house itself is brand new, with all of the modern amenities you would need, really well designed with lots of nice touches. Big dining areas indoors and out and many different seating options, so you could be in/out of the sun and inside/outside of the house and be comfortable. The house is very well stocked with amenities, including everything you would need in the kitchen, loads of towels, bath and shower gels and the aircon and wifi are strong. Location is great, very close to the main highways so you can be anywhere in Istria, Rijeka, Opatija, Pula and Rovinj within 50 minutes. Kristina and Bob were excellent hosts, very communicative and fast to respond. A strong recommendation.

Wir waren zu 6. in der Villa Alloro und waren sehr glücklich mit allem. Maja war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung mit Weber Grill und Bosch Küchengeräten war genial wenn man gerne kocht. Der Garten war groß genug um Federball oder Volleyball zu spielen. Es sollte bewusst sein dass man recht nah an die umliegenden Villen ist und von daher immer auch etwas Rücksicht nehmen muss was aber gar kein Problem war. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegener aber mit Auto erreicht man alles von Einkaufen, Essen gehen oder Unternehmungen ohne Probleme zwischen 10-40min. Preis Leistungsverhältnis war super. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

It's the best vacation so far! Mirjana's place was the perfect place for our family of 7. The location is superb and Mirjana is extremely knowledgeable about the area for local restaurants, family activities, breathtaking towns, etc. I highly recommend her place and we look forward to coming back soon.
