Located mins. from all NV has to offer from fine dining to outdoor activities. Ski, hike, explore, hit the NV nightlife, soak in the spa's at Walley's Hot Springs a mile down the road. At the end of the day, sit on the front porch and gaze over the valley and ponder what Mark Twain and so many settlers thought as they passed by this location.

You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.

There are golf clubs, a kayak, a paddle board as well as fishing gear with poles and an ice chest available if prior arrangements are made. Also a pack and play upon request. An hour drive to skiing/snowboarding and mountain biking. Our area is also awesome for off-road riding.
