Krisztina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin!!! Sie war immer erreichbar und hat bei Fragen schnell geholfen. Sie organisierte mir ein Taxi vom Flughafen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal gelegen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Super logement dans la nature. Il y'a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. L'emplacement est super et dans un calme absolu. Je recommande vivement !!!

Bonjour, Nous avons séjournés 4 nuit dans ce logement. Stationnement juste en avant. Plage juste en face. Tout était impeccablement propre. Beaucoup de commodités (ustensiles, etc), et des petites attention à notre arrivée (bouteille d'eau, café, beurre, etc). Le logement est grand, tranquille. l'emplacement est top, mais un peu loin du centre-ville de Chania. Par contre, nous prenions la voiture (+- 10 min) pour se stationner à 15 min de marche du centre-ville. Nous trouvions ainsi du stationnement facilement, et cela ne nous dérangeait pas de marcher un peu. Mais le logement est dans une rue pleine de commodités (restaurants à profusion, marketplace, café, etc). Aussi à 1 min d'un arrêt de bus. L'hôte était très respectueux, et très réactif dans ses messages. En bref, je recommande ce logement sans aucune hésitation.

We loved the large balcony that wrapped around the apartment . The sunsets were incredible from there. The outside & inside furniture was of a very good quality and it was great to be able to sit out in the evenings. Inside is very well designed, a great layout, the kitchen is very well equipped and the sofas are very comfortable, the view from the sitting room and kitchen has an incredible sea view . The bathroom is really spacious with a great shower and 2 basins , all of a high standard. The 3 bedrooms all a good size, had lovely views towards the old village and town built up in to the mountain . The bedding was of an exceptional quality. The apartment was so close to the beach & to the the old town. We had incredible meals at both. A bus stop at the end of the road and many supermarkets were great too. Both Phillipe & Michelle were excellent hosts, attentive & helpful, you couldn’t fault them. We loved our stay! Thank you!

What a wonderful stay! Fantastic location right next to the Chania Venetian Harbour, steps away from everything the city has to offer. The place was well appointed with all the necessary amenities. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Une charmante petite maison avec vue sur la mer ! Un petit endroit tranquille pour visiter le nord ouest de l’île. Nous avons bénéficié d’excellents conseils de visites et de restaurants. La maison est à quelques minutes en voiture d’un grand supermarché. Nous recommandons fortement !

Die Wohnung war super schön gelegen, sodass man gemütlich die Stadt entdecken konnte. Viele tolle Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Wer will, kann aber auch einfach kochen. Alles sauber und gepflegt und mit guter Anleitung. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!

Manolis was very responsive. He even showed up personally when we had some miscommunications as to where to park the car. We loved the location. It was a very convenient walk to the area we wanted to be. The apartment had an outdoor terrace with a great view of the water, and was spacious and clean. We would stay here again if we came back to Chania.

Séjour sublime dans cette Villa de Luxe avec une vue dont on ne peut se lasser !!! A 400m de la plage, idéale pour un séjour avec nos 2 enfants, Almyrida est une station balnéaire idéal pour les familles. Le contact avec la conciergerie est vraiment parfaite, une réactivité incroyable et une gentillesse sans pareil. Une Villa vraiment à conseiller dans un environnement incroyable !!! Excellent séjour chez Manolis. L’appartement est très propre et nous pouvons tout visiter à pieds. Le toit terrasse est magnifique et la vue imprenable. Nous reviendrons.

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

We had a wonderful time in Manolis apartment. The whole complex is beautifully designed and very well kept and the views of the sea ans sunset are amazing. The apartment is rather basically equipped, but very clean and Manolis was always available and super nice and responsive. We hope to be back and fully recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay here. The house is spacious, very well equipped and very flexible. The surrounding is absolutely beautiful. Even though we came at the end of season and the weather wasn't perfect anymore, we enjoyed every minute. Aleksandra and her family are very caring and supportive, true hosts!

Ein toller Ort für die ganze Familie. Vor allem unsere Kinder haben es dort genossen: an jeder Ecke gibt es etwas zu entdecken! Sie wären am liebsten den ganzen Tag dort geblieben 😂 Maria und ihr Mann sind super Gastgeber - hoffentlich können wir bald wieder da hin!

We had the best time staying here! The villa is beautiful, everything you need is there and it’s in the perfect location for walking to local restaurants, shops and to the beach. The bus stop to get into Chania is at the end of the road, and the bus comes every 10 minutes and is only a 10 minute journey to the old town! Couldn’t fault a thing about our stay. We will most certainly be back, thank you so much!

Thanks Peter and his whole team for a great stay. The villa was in a great location, close to a couple good restaurants and markets; it was private, with only one other villa in the area with guests; and very comfortable. Both my wife & I and the other couple we were with felt we had privacy while on property since we split accommodations upstairs and down. Overall it was a great villa and wonderful vacation!! What an amazing place! Ioannis has thought about everything you could ever need and it is there!! Every thing was immaculate, beautiful white linen, beach towels, the best kitchen ever. Ioannis very thoughtfully had provided large bottles of water and fresh fruit in the fridge which I thought was wonderful. We had a problem on arrival which was sorted so quickly, thank you Ioannis! We have been to many Airb&bs and this was the best. So near the sea and fantastic restaurants, i miss the wonderful food! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

It was easy to communicate with the owner. He replied very soon. We asked and got recommendations of nice restaurants. The house was very nice and easy to find anything we were looking for. It is perfect with and without children as well. :-) The sea was probably not like the fancy ones but it was always warmer than the others. :-D

Giannis and Maria's place is the perfect holiday place if you're looking for peace of mind, quiet and privacy, an amazing beach and tavern in walking distance, and the beautiful city of Chania just 20 minutes away, with all you can ask for! We highly recommend this warm and spacious home with beautiful views, and will definitely come back!

Thank you to Dimitri who was an amazing host. Very clear instructions and very responsive to queries. Very comfortable two bedroom holiday base perfect for a family of four. Dimitri also organised for us to have access to the pool and beach sunbeds across the road. I felt very safe, relaxed and home is in a great location. Home was as described and pictured. My kids loved the LED lights too. Again thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Seaside Villa Lavrys. The villa itself is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area with a lovely view. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, but do keep in mind that you’ll need a car to get around as the location is a bit remote. Taxi transportation from Chania costs around €30. What truly made our experience special was our host, Alex. From the moment we booked, Alex was incredibly responsive and attentive, always available to answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, offering great local tips and assistance whenever needed. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. Alex’s family was also very warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in Crete, and Alex’s hospitality made it even better.

Nous avons été totalement ravis du logement et de ses équipements. Chose que je n'avais pas réalisé et qui est un poil dérangeant sont les fêtes à la piscine d'à côté deux fois par semaine. A part cela, tout est parfait. Les hôtes sont charmants et les deux propriétaires sont au petit soin. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

This place was wonderful. Most outstanding was the hospitality from our hosts; Artemis, Tasoula, Giorg, and Dimitris, all whom helped us with check-in or questions or help we needed. We were greeted with a warm welcome, some delicious food and a wonderful home. The place is clean and perfect for a beach location. The beach is beautiful and quiet and has a few restaurants near for food. there is a small mini market though it doesnt cater much for meals just the few extras you may need - though they were very friendly and nice. It was easy to communicate, check in and check out and teh beds were comfortable and clean. definite recommendation
