The Cove Retreat Oceanfront Upstairs Apartment

This unique property is absolute oceanfront. It has the main residence and two private fully self contained apartments. Our friendly managers Jan and Steve live onsite with their little dog Charlie. The upstairs one bedroom apartment has stunnning views with ensuite and spa. Pets are very welcome but we ask that they are not left unattended. We offer doggie sitting at very reasonable rates and provide pet friendly ideas. All our relaxing outside areas including the firepit overlook the ocean.

We do not allow dogs onsite, this is for their own safety as our property is not fully fenced.

Welcome to our studio apartment. Our place is perfect for people coming for holiday, short term work , work placement or study. There's a brand new kitchen, comfy bed, study desk, air-condition and smart TV for your convenience. There is no washing machine in the unit, you will be able to use the one inside of the main house. Nestled in nature’s beauty, The Church On The Lake is more than just a place to stay—it’s a secret escape. Spacious, light and modern accommodation, quiet rural location only 10 minutes from Bundaberg. 20 minutes from the beach. The Ground Floor is self contained with own kitchen, main bedroom with double bed, large sitting room with two single beds, TV with access to Netflix, wifi, books and board games. Harry and Philippa live on site, along with two dogs, two cats, one horse Jubilee, 5 sheep, chickens and a flock of guinea fowl that come and go.

This is a quite little hideway with ocean views, and 400metres from Oaks Beach, where turtles have being coming up to nest or a walk along the 20km beach front path to Bargara. Easy parking and room for boats with a fully fenced property. Animal friendly property, with owners to be responsible for there pets.This is a shared property with other guests.
