Located on a treelined residential street, within a 30 minute walk/10 minute drive to most major destinations on the Halifax Peninsula, including universities, hospitals, commons, and downtown core. Bus routes only steps away. Laundromat, grocery store, and shopping mall are also within walking distance. Perfect setup for two, can stretch up to four with the sofa bed in the main living space. There is ample, free parking on our street.

Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! Parking is free on street with a few limits (weekly street cleaning) posted on street signs. Parking is not an issue.
