This upstairs apartment -- a 2BR/2BA loft with full kitchen and 2 large private decks sleeps 7. This 1-bedroom has a breathtaking view of the Mexican Gulf with the beach within steps away from the building's backdoor. It features a porcelain tile floor, modern-style furniture, GE appliances, granite countertops, and a 42" HD TV. Renters can enjoy a pool and hot tub. There are elevators in the building and laundry facilities right down the hallway. Four beds: 1 queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed (large twin sleeper), a pull-out single bed (from the loveseat), and a rollaway bed.

Our little beach house has the ideal location. It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...).
