The studio is located about 400m from the beach. Please note we do not offer cooking amenities.

It is not suitable for small children, parties or gatherings as we have neighbours in close proximity above, below and either side of us. This 3 bedroom one bathroom renovated house is located 10 min walk from the Mandurah foreshore and is central to cafes, shopes,walkways and local entertainment. Loads of parking for boats or caravans. Come home for a good night sleep with quality beds with high thread count sheets. Great for people with food intolerances or allergies as tiles throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare those special meals. Small house trained dogs may be allowed on request.
