We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. Our house is situated right in the heart of Great Yarmouth and it is just a 3 minute walk from the lovely Yarmouth pier and sandy beach. This house is perfect for those with families or for those who seek a place with a homey feeling. The perfect location allows you to explore Yarmouth with no transport needed and there is a sainsburys supermarket just a minutes walk down the road accommodated by a petrol station.

PLEASE NOTE THE BEACH HUT IS FOR DAY USE ONLY Daily use beach hut. Second row hut with sea views. Close to kiosk and newly refurbished toilets and car park. A great place to spend some days relaxing by the sea, make a cuppa, walk, read, picnic lunch, have a swim and then have a snooze before a fish and chip supper. The hut is rustic, but comfortable, long benches with cushions for naps, and a stove and kettle. Ideal for couples, families and friends gathering. Doggie friendly.

For the last couple of years we've only had friends and family staying here but are so excited to be able to share our lovely Suffolk Seaside home with others. I spent my childhood summers on Lowestoft beach with my family and we love staying here. The house is a classic Victorian terrace with beautiful proportions, 3 floors o sea views and now a stunning modern interior following our major project in 2018. I hope you love it as much as we do.
