Located right on Birkie Ridge Trailhead with close access to vast CAMBA trails, this is a nature escape for outdoor enthusiasts who love to bike, ski, hike, and bird watch. Enjoy ski-in ski-out to groomed trails, bike-in bike-out right onto trails, then cozy up by the woodstove or fire-pit at night.

Relax and renew at our new quiet 2 bedroom family cabin in the heart of the Northwoods. The Birkie ski trails and CAMBA mountain bike trails await you at the end of the private lane for easy trail access. Additionally, the OO Trailhead and Kortelopet start is approximately 1.5 miles from the cabin. Our cabin sits on 5 acres in a quiet, silent sports neighborhood. We designed our cabin in a modern chalet style so that it gives you the feeling of being outside while staying warm and dry inside.

It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. It's small - intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids. Miles of trails are just out your door for cross country skiing, mountain biking, snowmobiling, hiking and ATV's. There are also numerous lakes in the area and the beautiful Namekagon river for fishing or canoeing. There is something for everyone here at Valhalla! We hope you enjoy your stay!

We fell in love with Hayward for the same reason so many people do: the lakes, the quiet, the slower pace, and how easy it is to feel connected to nature. The Cabin for Two sits at the end of a private road on a small wilderness lake, surrounded by county forest. Wildlife is part of daily life here. Loons call across the water, swans and other waterfowl pass through, and deer regularly move through the yard. In the warmer months, bears occasionally travel through the area.

This cozy cabin is tucked away in the woods and offers an easy approach and spectacular lake views of Perch Lake in Winter, Wisconsin. It is a modern renovation of a summer fishing cabin, with its wood-clad walls, exposed beams, and large windows that deliver amazing sunrises. While it maintains the original footprint and some of the rustic charm, it offers many modern comforts and amenities. Cabin sleeps 4. Children and dogs are welcome (limit 2 dogs - $25 per dog).

This is a rustic, minimally maintained yurt so come prepared to relax, unwind and explore the wonders of the north woods.
