Only 25 minutes by car to 49 North Mountain Resort with hiking, hunting, cycling, snowshoeing, bird watching, and mountain biking in between. Your private apartment is directly facing Deer Lake Marsh with expansive Lake views from the balcony. Enjoy a romantic escape in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Our Loft can sleep 2 adults and 2 children comfortably.

There is a certain magic at Basalt House that is felt the moment you step foot on the property. Once a speak-easy, this house has charm. Recently remodeled, every design detail was carefully selected to enhance the home's artistic vibe. Cook in the chef's kitchen, sip some wine & soak up the twinkling views of downtown & lush surroundings. Use of sauna, indoor/outdoor fireplaces & there's even a stage for event possibilities. Less than 10 mins to downtown, close to the airport, hiking/biking.

The Cottage at Dragonfly Meadows

The Cottage is nestled quietly behind our primary residence. It is a quaint 700 sq ft studio apartment with all of the feels & amenities of home. The Cottage is on a working farm with donkeys, horses, Highland cattle, chickens, & sweet livestock dogs. If you love the quiet farm setting, this is the place for you. We are also near train lines, so if you love trains, it’s your perfect oasis. The Cottage hosts 2 people, but we have accommodations for 4. $25/night per person after first 2 guests.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Beach bums, boaters, hunters and fisherman alike will delight in this little slice of heaven.

Although shops & restaurants are only a short drive away, the area offers peace and tranquility.
