We are located in the beautiful Glenrose Prairie area of the South Hill. Enjoy a coffee or picnic by the animals. We also get visits from deer, bunnies, & lots of birds. Relax at the farm while still being close to shopping, restaurants, great amenities & easy access to I-90, Gonzaga & downtown (15 mins by car).

Central located to Spokane and CdA Id . Easy access to I90. 3-5 min to restaurants. Near Spokane Valley mall. Lots of amenities, covered parking, next to Centennial trail. Good spot for a quiet nights sleep or working on your PC. Beautiful private outdoor space. Host on sight.

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new including the exterior siding is for your enjoyment. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

There's a bus stop for route 32 which can get you to most places in Spokane.
