It is in a very desirable location. It is a 4 minute walk to the downtown Restaurants and shops. It is short walk to Asbury Park and restaurants, in 8 minutes. If you leave the house you walk straight and are at the lake, and the restaurants and shops in Asbury Park. It is a few minute drive to Jersey Shore hospital.

Just a quick walk over the bridge to get to the famous Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk and Strollo's The "Lighthouse" ice cream place! There are so many arcades, bars, amusement rides and entertainment on the boardwalk. You also have beach access for all you beach goers!
