This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. Great stay! This was a beautiful space to get ready before a wedding in the valley. Not only was there ample space for our group, there were many interesting places to take photos and enjoy each others company. Stacey was extremely responsive to all of our messages, and the stay was seamless. They also gave us a great local coffee recommendation.

We absolutely loved our stay, the house is lovely and well equipped. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an air BNB stay. The house was very homely and you feel comfortable immediately. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was lovely. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the pool as much as we’d have liked. The host are very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

Wonderful stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Perfect for large family groups, plenty of space to come together and separate for quiet time. We had 3 young children and they made good use out of the upstairs living space (“playroom”) and trampoline. The pool once we got it sorted was the perfect temperature. Rooms were very clean and very spacious. Great kitchen and welll stocked with cleaning products as was the laundry. Check in/out was easy and Anna was friendly and a very responsive host.

Our second stay here and it won’t be our last. Just the most amazing property and getaway, with a home that is an experience and has everything you could wish for. Wonderfully responsive, helpful and understanding hosts. Thank you, we’ll see you again soon.

We had an excellent stay at this accommodation—it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. A special thanks to Kaye, who looked after us so well. She was kind, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. Large comfortable house with plenty of backyard space for the dog and kids to run around. Kitchen was well-appointed, large dining and living areas with a comfortable couch, and multiple beds with extra blankets. The house was very hot (we stayed during a heatwave), with only one air conditioner and no fans- but we knew this when booking. The house is a short drive or walk to the St Leonard’s shops / beach. Excellent value!

This place exceeded my expectations. A very well appointed home; spacious and cosy at the same time. There’s some building work going in the adjacent property, but that stops by around 3pm and this place is so well insulated that you barely notice. John was a fantastic host — always friendly and responsive. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Our 2 month stay was really great experience. Sharon is very responsible and has a lot of good advice on places to visit. The house is clean and the garden is lovely. It's fully equipped, which makes life much easier. The only inconvenient is the noise of the traffic in front of the house, especially in the front bedroom, as we were not used to city environments.

We stayed for the long weekend. It was a family get away. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean. It has a beautiful pool and spa. It had all you need to cook if you feel like it. Had lots of games for young and old. Location was great, close to shops, beach or go for a beautiful walk. We could not fault anything. Definitely recommend Jenine’s place you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back again but next time for a longer stay. Thank you once again Jenine. We give you 5 stars

Highly recommend. From enquiry to end of stay, our experience was nothing but positive. Jo was the most delightful host. Her love for the property and joy for others to experience it was felt throughout all of her communications. Everything was proactively explained in detail. The property was peaceful, spacious, a luxurious rural retreat. It was equipped with every item that you would need. Even carrots to feed the horses! The veranda wraps around the beautiful weatherboard homestead with the main feature being the solar heated infinity edge pool. An outstanding space to take in the surrounds and let life pass you by. Mitch and Co, a 5minute drive away offered delicious coffee. Mount Martha market and beach for a little outing. However, it is hard to peel yourself away from the homestead. Days basking by the pool. Nights of bbqs and kids playing cricket in the gorgeous tree lined driveway. Lifetime memories have been made. Thank you Jo for allowing us to enjoy your property

Loved our family stay at Frankie and Gills in Kew! A beautiful home with lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay very easy. A great space for kids with plenty of beds to choose from and toys to play with. Easy walks to playgrounds/parks and an easy drive/uber to the Fairfield boathouse where we attended a family wedding during our stay.

Very happy with our stay here. Check-in was a breeze - it is with at Hotel but it's just next door so not inconvenient whatsoever. The place itself was very spacious. Bedrooms were comfortable with A/C available for 2 out of the 3. The downstairs living room area is a bit on the smaller side, but there's another one right upstairs with an even bigger TV and couch. We loved that they supplied milk, juice, cereal, bread, snacks, and butter/jam/vegemite to welcome us into the home. The in-unit laundry is also extremely helpful for those staying awhile in Melbourne. The location is pretty good. While West Melbourne is generally a little bit "out of the way" from CBD, you're only a 10 minute walk to the Queen Victoria station which gets you access to the free tram. Or, you're less than a 3 minute walk to the nearest station if you want to pay fare. The only thing we had issue with was the wifi not reaching the bedrooms. We were out most of the day anyway so it didn't impact us much.

The house is as described, no problems at all. We needed a temporary place to stay when we had to vacate our house for a couple of days. Great house for dog owners as it was fully fenced all around. Next time I will ask for an extra key a just the one key was hard to manage but otherwise, exactly what we needed. Thanks

It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

Fantastic place for a getaway. Great for families and or a couple holiday. We enjoyed the location being close to wineries and Healesville. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a space that works for a family holiday or long weekend!

It was a lovely house with lots of space for a group of 10. Lots of amenities to keep us occupied and there was no need to step out of the house.

Fleur & Simon were very responsive and helpful. The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. The house was very well stocked.
