Now with air-conditioning. Bright, cozy 1-bedroom basement apartment centrally-located in subdivision next to the Avalon Mall and Kenmount Road. Memorial University and Health Science Centre are less than 2.5 km away and downtown is only 5 km. It is located close to shopping and restaurants. You'll love this bright, fully-equipped apartment with queen bed and memory foam mattress, comfortable living room with flat screen TV (cable and WIFI) and sofa which folds out to give you a second bed.
