This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a weeks stay at this beautiful flat and were all super sad to leave. The views and balcony are incredible, and such an amazing bonus to have. The flat is incredibly well kitted out and very comfortable. We loved the location, walkable to Hastings but loads of more local options too. Steven is a fab host, couldn’t ask for better. Helpful, flexible and proactive - this place is a real gem!

As we were researching Saint Leonards and the surrounding area for a possible relocation move, Phoebe‘s accommodation was perfect, a five minute walk from the seafront, the local High Street for eating and drinking and parking was plentiful and if you needed a permit for parking between 11 am and 1 pm Phoebe was happy to supply them, that we did not need them. Accommodation is very clean and tidy throughout, the bed is a super king size which is ridiculously comfortable, with plenty of room for a wardrobe, a dresser, bedside cabinets and a storage rack. And still room to live from your suitcase if you wish, like we did 😊 the small courtyard of From the living room/dining room is comfortable enough for breakfast/coffee/tea. The kitchenette is clean and modern with a small fridge freezer, electric hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and sink drainer, which we found more than adequate for our needs. I would recommend staying here and will certainly return if doing more area research.

Great location in old town. Flat well equipped and comfortable. Alleyway entrance to flat is a bit dirty with bins which is a bit off putting when you arrive however flat more than makes up for it and Jane great host providing recommendations on where to eat. Went to the Crown and enjoyed the food and ambience.

It’s a great place in a great location. The flat is full of interesting and attractive things, and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and lots of ingredients available. We appreciated the milk and the lemon drizzle cake on arrival! The street outside if full of fascinating independent shops, bookshops, antique dealers, vintage clothes , coffee shops - and some excellent restaurants very nearby.

John was a great, friendly, and very helpful host. The apartment was so comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated. A Perfect spot. Great outside space, on the beach and the back garden. Our Dog loved it too. They had thought of so much, i liked the box that contained dog blankets and towels. They had everything you needed for a dog guest too. It was a great weekend. Peaceful, relaxing, we loved exploring Pevensey and chilling in a lovely apartment. Thank you. We would love to stay again

We LOVE Helen’s house - it is in a fabulous location, spotlessly clean, exactly as pictured and so beautiful and comfortable. I would recommend Helen and her beautiful house to everyone. Thanks Helen for the bottle of champagne and chocolate you left for New Years Eve, such a lovely thoughtful gesture.

Great place to stay for a few days with the family. Clean and well equipped. Taz was always quick to respond to messages. Train horns woke my baby a couple of times in the day when we had the windows open, but knew that might happen when we booked as could see it was next to a rail line.

lovely spacious home within walking distance of all Hastings has to offer. the house was sparkling clean, had good amenities and the host was very proactive and responsive.

David’s house was fantastic for our family weekend away- a great location and super responsive and helpful host with so many thoughtful additions (snacks for our pooch!) - especially the thick bath towels! I rarely comment on the decor or furniture of where we stay but David’s house is definitely worth a mention- tastefully decorated with so many interesting prints, photographs and art work, complemented by local information and snippets. A delight to spend a few days in! We shall be back.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. You can see how much time and thought has gone into decorating the house. The kitchen was practical with a wide range of equipment. Everything is provided for an easy stay with a dog. Would definitely stay again.

A superb apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable, warm and spacious. Excellent modern kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Lovely garden too! A short walk to the prom. Sandra is an excellent and very helpful host, even providing earplugs in case you need them for the early morning road noise which might disturb light sleepers. We'd never been to Bexhill before so Sandra's apartment was a real find and made for a lovely few days on the Sussex coast.

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

Another wonderful stay at The Lookout! I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, private and expansive environment - it truly felt meant to be. Sam and Andy were such thoughtful hosts, making everything feel easy and welcoming from start to finish. I won’t forget this little chapter :)

Had a wonderful stay with a group of girls for my sister's 40th birthday. Everything was perfect Alison was a great host who made sure we had everything and also left us to enjoy our time there! Would definitely recommend.

We spent a lovely weekend staying at Kats apartment. It was well kitted out with lots of nice little touches like blankets and other items for the beach. I would highly recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

A fantastic apartment in a great location - beautifully and stylishly decorated, immaculately clean and with everything you could need, and some great mod cons like Bluetooth connection to a speaker system. Fabulous balcony with sea view, very quiet and lovely walks from the door - we walked along the cliffs through Fairlight to Hastings - about 3 hours - and got a taxi back. Warren was really kind and helpful, even arranging for some fizz to be put in the fridge for our arrival (it was my friend’s 60th birthday). Great place - highly recommended.
