Hannah's place was a fantastic place to stay. It is in a good location that is easy to get to. There are plenty of great restaurants in easy driving distance. I-95 is is very close for driving into downtown. The house is in great condition. We were very appreciative of how clean and private the pool area is. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Eason’s house. The house was just as pictured and had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the pool so much. The neighborhood was peaceful and a quick drive to the historic district. Quick and easy check in. Highly recommend.

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Great home! The house is beautiful, very nicely decorated. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful, very close to some great bars, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Mya was a wonderful host! The house was fabulous with comfortable beds, a nice, warm pool and a well-stocked kitchen so we were able to easily cook there. Mya was super responsive to any issues that came up, and I would absolutely stay again!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

We visited the area for the attractions of St. Augustine but ended up hanging out at the house most of the time as it was a fantastic place to chill, relax, play pool, read, and decompress. You feel like you've stepped back in time to a quaint surf shack with a very cool chic vibe. The beach is minutes away, Publix minutes away, and the historic area of St. Augustine less than 10 minutes away by car. Highly recommend and we would definitely return. Thank you!

Lori’s home was a perfect landing place for our family. We were in town for a funeral and this home allowed us more time to be together. It was well furnished and housed 10 people comfortably with some room to spare.

We loved being able to walk out the door and be on the beach in less than 5 minutes. To get to the center of town was ~10 minute drive. We loved the location. We had a great (relaxing) time. Thanks to our hosts.

To say we had an outstanding time is 100% an understatement. We wanted a place to break out of the norm and shake up our routine. Mission accomplished! We will absolutely be back!

I came to Jacksonville for work and my family came along for the week. We really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. I need to know what kind of mattress is on the king bed. It was amazing. Lisa was very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I would rate this higher than five stars. The location was perfect for us to join the GORUCK HQ Ruck club for workouts and social gatherings. It was very easy to reach the beach. The beach chairs were a bonus for us to use as well. Everything about the home was excellent. We enjoyed soaking up the rays in the backyard, followed by a meal in the back under the giant shade tree. The furniture was all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking meals at home. We look forward to a return visit to Jax Beach and making this our rental again.

We had a wonderful stay on Amelia Island staying at Guest Cottage. The quick walk to the beach was even better and more convenient than expected. The property was beautiful and relaxing, we loved sitting on the front porch for morning coffee. Just a quick drive to everything the island had to offer.

We stayed at Paola's place for a company retreat. We were able to book both houses and they very comfortably accommodated our group of 14, with room to spare. The houses were very comfortable. The property is amazing, with direct beach access and plenty of room. Paola was a great host. Very responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this property evacuating during hurricane Milton. Kathy was very empathetic, responsive, and kind enough to let us check in early. The property was nice and clean, very quiet and great neighbors. Would happily stay here again whenever I come back to the island!

Overall it was a great stay. It was convenient because the beach was literally across the street. We we didn’t burn any gas riding around looking for things to do. Me and my kids loved it. The pictures on the profile could be better because I actually thought the living room and kitchen was bigger but that didn’t matter honestly. Publix and everything else was down the street! This stay is literally 30 mins away from the zoo , this is a great location for a getaway! Thanks!

Lipsy was a very helpful host! She was quick to assist with everything! The house is located less than 10min from Historic St Augustine so it’s perfect! We had a large group and it fit us perfectly. The 2 kitchens allowed us to store and prep all the food we needed. The backyard was great for kids and the open space allowed us to spread out! If we go back we would stay here 100%!

We had the most amazing stay! This place was exactly what we were looking for, and everything matched the description perfectly. The location was fantastic—right near DeMere and Frederica Road, with many great restaurants just steps away or a short drive away. Nights were incredibly peaceful, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! This week was all about relaxation, and it exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back! I almost didn’t write this review, just so I could gatekeep this wonder. This was easily the best AirBnB experience I’ve ever had. The check-in was fairly simple. We got settled in and found out that everything was within walking distance. We had a fantastic time which was further highlighted by how cozy their space is. Further, their mix of board games and puzzles gave us unlimited entertainment.
