My husband and 2 dogs stayed at Holly's place over the Bank Holiday weekend. I have stayed in many Airbnbs and I have to say this place is exceptional. If you are looking for a clean, modern, comfortable home from home this is the place to stay, to top it off the garden is an absolute delight, it's safe and secure for your dogs and there is a beautiful hot tub in the corner. On the front there is ample off road car parking and you are footsteps away from the local pub and mutiple walks. Holly is a true gem, we were greeted with fresh cakes, fresh bread, eggs, butter, milk and a lovely bottle prosecco which was perfect for my birthday aswell as a stunning doggy box of treats and blankets. Thank you Holly for making our stay stunning on all accounts. We will be back.

We had such a wonderful stay at Steves place. The setting is beautiful and we were so lucky with the weather. My sister and I stayed with our 4 kids and there was so much outdoor space for them to play and it's great having all the animals around. The house was clean and hot tub nice and hot which you don't always get staying in these places. What really made this place so good was the host. From.the moment we arrived Steve made us feel like he really wanted us to enjoy ourselves and he was so friendly, chilled and helpful throughout our stay. We tried to stay longer but unfortunately it was booked up. We would definitely book again.

Loved it here, a real home from home for us and perfect for exploring both York and further north. We loved the fact it was homely and rural, and the hot tub was a real treat. The only tiny downside was the oven is old and took a while to cook on, but we ate out too so not a massive problem. Just what we were after, thank you!

Me and my group of 4 stayed in Jenson Cottage & we absolutely loved every second! We decided to go here for a late birthday weekend away & York town was about a twenty minute taxi away where we spent Friday evening. The host’s were amazing - we had a minor problem with working the barbecue on our second day as it was our first time and the host came to help us straight away, we also got lost as it’s no where near our local area and the host was able to direct us straight to the location. we have made incredible memories and this lodge is fantastic value and somewhere that we will definitely be coming back.

3 Railway Cottage is a fantastic base to explore the amazing beauty of North Yorkshire. The cottage is located a 20 minute walk from the centre of Pickering but is in a really quiet and private location. The only exception of course is the opportunity to wave at the heritage railway trains that pass at the back of the cottage a few times a day which is really amazing, especially if you wave from the comfort of the hot tub! I can’t recommend this location highly enough, it is a really comfortable and well equipped cottage in a fantastic location - what more could you ask for?

Such a wonderful stay. We had a lovely long weekend in York and Steve and Andrea couldn't have been more perfect. The Lamp Post is a gorgeous place, with a beautiful outdoor space, stunning rooms and a really convenient bus running straight into York right at the bottom of the drive. It really is perfect :) Thank you!

Amazing host who went above and beyond by decorating the place with happy birthday banners and balloons for my Mums stay for her 60th birthday. The place has so much character and is in such a perfect location

My wife and I visited for the weekend, Gemma was on hand from the moment of booking to leaving, the cottage is beautiful and situated in a small village so very peaceful, Gemma and Andrew have gone above and beyond to make the cottage homely, very modern but also keeping the charm of the 17th century, every item of furnishings fits in beautifully and the extras in the kitchen and bathroom are a lovely, welcome touch, you feel far away from anywhere when either in the hot tub or sitting in the garden, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending a stay here.

Lovely 1 night stay before a trip to Flamingoland with the family. Great value for money and lovely location. Very homely and cosy and clever use of space.

We booked The Nest last minute and Anette was extremely attentive from the start to finish of our stay. The house was exactly as described & was immaculate. Bed was so comfortable & lots of attention to detail! Great location for exploring the local area. Pub right across the road with good pub grub , Co Op literally paces away& a fabulous foodie pub The Eskdale is a 10 min walk away. Thank you Annette we loved our stay as did our dog !

Fantastic home away from home! Well decorated with nice touches throughout. And one of the comfiest beds I have had in an AirBnB for some time!! Really great village setting, serving as a central stepping off point to explore the wider area. Plus dog friendly with plenty of walks nearby including the castle perimeter walk. We had such a lovely time staying in this beautiful Airbnb in Robin Hood’s Bay. The location was perfect - picturesque, and just a short walk to everything we needed. Mark and Aaron’s home is spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a real home from home. Communication was excellent throughout, and we felt truly looked after. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, actually we will return - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Thank you for hosting us. We stayed Swallows nest for a night whilst visiting the coast. Very clean and had all the amenities you’d need. Beautiful surroundings and what a view from the patio. Great location for visiting Scarborough

Lovely accommodation and very comfortable. Everything was in the cottage that you’d need. Excellent location, could walk to the town in 2 minutes and really lovely wee town. Bus services good to local towns/villages so was good to have some time without driving. Did drive to a lovely seaside village, about 30 minutes drive, called Sandsend. Overall, excellent stay here.

The property is most definitely worth the money we had a lovely time in rose cottage it was comfortable clean and very easy to stay in our dogs loved it and so did we the hot tub and welcome hamper was lovely Tony was on hand through out the holiday thank you it was lovely we will be back if you will have us 🥰

Emma’s countryside home in Menethorpe, Marlon is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. The location is truly picturesque, with a peaceful stream nearby and horses, sheep, and cows grazing in the surrounding fields. It’s the perfect base to explore the area — York is just a short drive away, and the lovely village of Malton is only 5 minutes down the road, offering great restaurants, shops, and pubs. The house itself is cozy, super safe, and very well furnished, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable family vacation. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Emma was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re visiting this part of the country, this is a must-stay. Thank you, Emma — we’re already looking forward to returning!

Emma was a fantastic host and we were really impressed with her proactive approach and communications. The cottage itself was perfect and well equipped and we all really enjoyed our stay. It was an excellent base for us to explore the area and we had a lovely few days away. A real gem.

A cosy cottage with beautiful views of the sea from the lounge/dining room and Master bedroom. Access to the property was very easy, with a thoughtful welcome tray with tea, speciality coffee and cookies on arrival. The bathroom shower is great! A bench at the front of the cottage is perfect for a morning cuppa as the sun rises. Parking is on street - no charge In Filey. I was able to park directly across from the cottage for the duration of my stay. Joe and Sarah were lovely hosts - very welcoming and on hand for any queries. I’d definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Aurora’s property was lovely, in the beautiful village, Great Ayton. The cottage was cozy, well equipped and felt really homely. It also has a really cute garden. It’s in a great location with several country pubs, bars and cafes within a 5 minute walk, plus stunning country walks surrounding the area. Aurora was very good communicating and friendly. In fact it’s the second property of hers we have stayed at.

Amazing stay and a fantastic host! The place is spacious, clean and located in a truly idyllic location. I was there with my husband and 4 children and found it more than spacious enough for all of us. The garden is also beautiful :) Fantastic stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you, David!

We had a fabulous short break here. The cottage was perfect for us.. homely and comfortable with everything we needed. The sea views from the bathroom were fantastic, and you’re right on the Cleveland Way path. It is quiet and relaxing, but only a mile and a bit to Staithes if the urge for fish and chips hits! Kathy was a very friendly and responsive host. We loved it, thank you!
