The Lodge

Escape to our wooded retreat surrounded by nature and designed for relaxation. Nestled in the hillside, our three-bedroom home blends rustic charm with modern comforts. Unwind in the cozy living area furnished for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures, enjoyed indoors or on the expansive covered porch. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit for marshmallow roasting, horseshoe pit, corn hole, and a tranquil pond, perfect for fishing and unwinding amidst nature's beauty.

The Creek House

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This is an older home that has two bedroom with one Queen and one Double. There is a pullout queen couch for additional guest if needed. On site laundry. Fire pit and wood provided. Near by there are state game lands for hunting and direct access to a seasonal stocked trout stream for fishing or swimming. Swim at your own risk. Beautiful beach area. 2 adult kayaks available. We DON’T supply llife jackets. Have fun, unwind and make memories!

The Cottage at Grovedale

This tiny house, at a mere 234 square feet, is the perfect place to get in touch with nature, wine, and northeastern PA. Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. It has a comfortable loft, but also has a ground level pull out sofa. It is not far from gorgeous hiking trails and local kayak rentals. We are excited to welcome you! You must be 21 to book. No pets allowed.

Relax in the endless mountains of beautiful Sullivan County Pennsylvania at this quiet, clean and efficient modular home. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus extra room with an air mattress. Watch the deer graze in the back yard, walk into lovely downtown Dushore for lunch or dinner, check out local wineries, fish in the local ponds and hike in state parks (20-30 minutes away). Very quiet and peaceful. No dogs, cats or other animals allowed. Perfect for a summer weekend or hunting season.

Our one bedroom tiny/home cabin is located amongst 2 other cabins on our small farm where you will be able to peacefully watch the farm animals, relax at the pond, or just keep to yourself. We are located approximately 7 miles from town where you can shop or go out to eat. If you prefer to do your own cooking you will have a full kitchen to make what you please. The loveseat pulls out to be able to bring an extra person.
