I live right down the road and I am typically available if needed. Highway 36 around the corner offers easy access to Boulder and Denver. Shopping and dining are within a couple of minutes, while a mall with movie theater is about 10 minutes away. Young visitors will love the nearby Broomfield Bay Aquatic Park. Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away.
