What an amazing place to stay it with kids, there was so much space around the lodge which all felt really safe to let them explore different activities. There was a quite a few groups there but it was never noisy or overcrowded. The lodges were really cool and different to what we stayed in previously, it did go a little cold one of the nights we were there but they were still comfortable and nice (you can rent heaters if needed). We would 100% come back in the future if we travel that way again. We went for a trip to Amsterdam which was easy to get to and Sprookjeswonderland which I would recommend too with children under 6/7

Ik ben met een vriendin 4 nachten in IJsselstein geweest. We hebben Utrecht bezocht, heel makkelijk met parkeren bij het transferium en door met de tram. We hebben een musical bezocht in het Beatrix-theater en de stad Utrecht kunnen bekijken. De volgende dagen hebben we mooie fietstochten gemaakt door de omgeving. Genoeg routes beschikbaar. We hebben 2 avonden doorgebracht in de 'hot-tub' van Jokelien en haar man. Er was een handig scherm geplaatst voor wat meer privacy. Het water was heerlijk op temperatuur en vanuit de hot-tub hadden we prachtig uitzicht over de weides en slootjes. Jokelien en haar man zijn heel gastvrij en ook bescheiden. Ze lieten ons met rust en hielpen zodra er een vraag was. Kortom we hebben 4 dagen volop genoten.

Our recent stay was for 4 nights, but we wished we had booked longer. The property was very clean, very modern and had parking that was safe and easy to find. after the long drive the hot tub was hot and lovely to relax in! We loved that the property was accommodating for animals and we immediately felt at home with the very friendly hosts. we would definitely stay again.

Het huisje was heel sfeervol ingericht. Het was heerlijk om wakker te worden met het geluid van de vogeltjes om je heen. En om dan een in de weelderige tuin te genieten van een lekker kopje koffie terwijl onze kinderen zich vermaakten op de trampoline maakte het helemaal af! Aanrader!

War hier mit drei Freunden und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Sehr ruhig, tolle Natur und sehr gepflegt! Ist definitiv zu empfehlen :)

Wat een heerlijke plek! Dit huisje is instant vakantie-gevoel, echt heel fijn. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Aanrader!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Claudia. La maison est très confortable et dégage une atmosphère chaleureuse. Elle est bien équipée, bien chauffée et la literie est confortable. Elle est par ailleurs parfaitement adaptée aux jeunes enfants (équipements, sécurité) et nos filles de 3 ans et 1 an ont adoré y séjourner ! La communication avec Claudia est très facile et fluide. Enfin, la maison est située dans un cadre paisible (canaux, animaux, moulins) et son emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la belle région qui l’entoure. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps et nous espérons avoir l’occasion de revenir !

Wow! Nor and Mat’s cottage was the perfect escape. The most comfortable stay with picturesque views. The home was immaculate, and Nor and Mat have thought of everything—including toys and crafts for our 3 year old. Their communication and instructions were great, too. The location was wonderful too—a short drive to many restaurants and stores while still quiet and peaceful. We loved our time there!

Angelique is a super host, very responsive and on hand if you need anything answered or help with directions etc. I have not encountered a better air bnb host :-) The water cottage is peaceful and restful and has everything you need. For Amsterdam you must be either prepared to drive or happy to walk just over 1.3 miles into the town. Its a 45 min bus into Amsterdam which is pretty regular or you can drive 15 mins to a train station and make your way in from there. We had no problem with this at all but some might be put off. However the location and quiet peace by the water was super and worth it!

Alles war so, wie beschrieben- wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hund hatte einen abgegrenzten Bereich im Garten und konnte frei laufen. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und reagierten sofort auf Nachfragen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Enorm genoten in Linda’s Lodge! Fijn en schoon huisje, van alles voorzien en fijne volledig afgesloten tuin. Mooie omgeving, je loopt zo het bos in en ook leuke plaatsen in de omgeving. We komen zeker terug!

Wij hebben genoten van het huisje van Frank. Het huisje is van alle luxe voorzien en is lekker gelegen in het groen maar ook dichtbij het centrum van Schoorl. Ook hebben we gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen van Frank waarmee je zo bij het strand of het centrum van Bergen bent. Kortom een weekje genoten en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und man findet alles was man braucht. Es gibt auch Spiele und Lesestoff. Die Lage ist hervorragend, recht nah am Meer und bei den Dünen. Wir haben eine Karte für den Eintritt für die Dünen zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Unsere Fahrräder sind in dem kleinen Innenhof prima untergekommen. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und sind sehr zufrieden.

Het was een warm welkom. Rachel gaf je gelijk het gevoel dat je welkom was. Een duidelijke uitleg van het huisje. Het huisje is echt top! Schitterende locatie met een orkest van de vogels. Echt heel leuk! En Charlie niet te vergeten. Echt een aanrader.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr malerisch auf einem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb mitten in der Natur. Das Häuschen ist frisch ausgebaut und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kamen mit Auto und Metro unkompliziert und recht schnell ins Amsterdamer Zentrum. Hetty hat auf jede Frage umgehend geantwortet und wir konnten bei ihr sehr günstig Fahrräder leihen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jurian ! La maison est vraiment mignonne, parfaitement équipée et très agréable à vivre. Jurian est un hôte extrêmement disponible, réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus fluide et chaleureuse. Le village est charmant, calme, idéal pour se reposer et profiter de la nature. En résumé, une super expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Jolie petite maison typique des pays-bas. Très bien équipée et décorée, confortable. Petit jardin agréable. Erik et sa famille y habitent à l'année donc elle est faite pour y vivre et ça se voit :-) Une place de parking privée devant la maison et deux vélos à disposition. Très pratique pour visiter la région en voiture ou rejoindre le ferry ou métro pour aller à Amsterdam. Le quartier est très calme car assez éloigné du centre d'Amsterdam. Pour aller à Amsterdam, le bus le plus proche est à 10 min de marche. Au total, il faut 30 à 40 minute pour rejoindre Centraal Station en bus puis metro ou vélo/voiture puis ferry. Très bon accueil, très propre... Bref, c'est une location parfaite si vous cherchez un endroit calme proche d'Amsterdam.

Durante los 4 días que estuvimos, nos encontramos muy agusto. La limpieza de 10! y dispone de todo lo necesario (incluso bicis para pasear por los canales que están al lado de la casa). Pudimos dejar las maletas antes de la hora de entrada. La casa está a 10 minutos del aeropuerto y es una opción ideal para visitar Amsterdam y sus alrededores. Un sitio para volver Muchas gracias!

Excellent host and accommodation! Anne was very helpful and informative. The apartment perfectly suited our needs for a weekend cycling break. Within easy walking distance of the Ferry and then into the centre of Amsterdam.

Meine Schwester und ich waren begeistert. Es war alles so wie auf den Fotos. Sogar noch besser. Direkt am Wasser und man hatte seine Ruhe. Der Ausblick war wirklich himmlisch und wir konnten sehr gut entspannen. Gerne wieder.

El apartamento es muy chulo. Estuvo perfecto. Lo único es que está un poco lejos del centro de Amsterdam y no es tan fácil llegar con transporte público, pero la zona es muy tranquila.
