This is a large, detached cottage with garden, in the heart of the South Hams. There's footpaths that run direct from the property to the surrounding countryside. For keen walkers, it’s possible to walk to the beach. There's the most fabulous views from the garden of the sea and countryside. There's parking outside and no steps. This cottage is perfect for those who are less mobile. It's ideal for couples that seek a retreat in the countryside. There's so much wildlife and dark skies at night.

A lovely attached cottage, own private garden, parking space, shared use of the main house gardens and pool looking out to sea in the heart of the South Hams. A beautiful historic house renovated with cool retro decor, super-fast WiFi, hardwired TV with Netflix in a cosy sitting room. As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. Well equipped 'eat in' kitchen and comfortable bedrooms with fresh linen and towels.

Beautiful Dartmoor house, idyllic moorland setting

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

A beautiful open plan studio apartment, furnished to the highest standard for self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave. There is a dining area, lounge equipped with a TV and a great wet room. Outside is a private patio area with sun loungers and bistro set. Ample parking on drive. A cream tea awaits you on arrival. 1 night bookings only accepted Sun-Thurs. 3 night stays in the summer preferred, but ask to see if we can accommodate you.

Appletree Cottage at Cotmore Farm is a gorgeous oak-and-slate stable barn conversion in a quiet courtyard on a small farm just minutes from the sea: it will pamper you with its luxurious airy interiors and at the same time soothe your soul in the absolute peace and tranquility of rural South Devon, where miles of twisting footpaths and quiet sunken lanes lead to the many sandy coves and safe, award-winning beaches for which this part of England is justly famous.

Rose Byre is a stunning, recently refurbished barn conversion, set in a pretty walled courtyard with private parking. Ideal for exploring this outstanding area of South Devon. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
