Enjoy our cozy carriage house apartment nestled among the trees & filled with gorgeous natural light. This 2nd story apartment was built in 2021 with dark oak floors, bright quartz countertops, and a mixture of modern and vintage furniture. Art throughout the apartment was created by picture book illustrators. The appliances are all new including a dishwasher and a combo washer/dryer unit. Abundant street parking is available and this home is located just half a mile from downtown Decatur.

This is one side of a duplex, but guests have the entire space with a separate entrance. Features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and all the essentials for a quick getaway. Conveniently located near Jimmy Carter Blvd, parks, dining, and about 25 minutes from downtown Atlanta.

Was designed as a crash pad for anyone in town for work, a flight, or road trip. Inside is 4x8x5 mattress is twin. Sleeps 1 comfortably, possibly 2. Bathroom access is about 20ft away. Unit includes electric, AC, heat, TV, wifi, firestick, free parking, storage underneath. Close to a highway so there are waves of passing cars.
