Make lasting memories with your friends and family at the lake. The top floor of this lakehome has everything you need for a great getaway. 3 bedrooms/2 baths and large loft with video games. Swim all day and bring your boat( we have a dock with space for one boat but please contact me to discuss beforehand). Then return for a barbaque on the expansive deck with great view of the entire lake. There are plenty of fish to be caught and a firepit waiting for smores to be enjoyed at night.

Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence in 2009. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and has a private deck. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to restaurants and bars, and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.
