Hop into the car and within 30 minutes you could be relaxing on the beach, discovering Calzean Castle, visiting Burns' Birth place or eating in the many fine restaurants and Cafes in Ayrshire. Close to the Galloway Forest park, an excellent base for walking, mountain biking and star gazing due to the dark skies. The famous Southern Upland Way walking route is accessible on foot from the cottage along with other beautiful hill walking, including some impressive peaks with breathtaking views. Streams and pools nearby for paddling and wild swimming adventures.

We have a quirky vestry, suitable for 2 adults or small family, attached to a converted church on Whiting Bay seafront. The Vestry has recently been converted to a high standard. It has a super kingsize bed plus a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. TV, cooker, fridge, kettle and toaster. Shower room/toilet. Views from the living room look out onto the sea and it's a stones throw away from the beach. Separate entrance with garden. Free parking. Bedlinen and towels provided. Free wifi.

Osprey Cottage sits only 20 meters from the beach in the pretty coastal fishing village of Dunure, benefitting from: Lounge, kitchen, bathroom (no bath) & 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 on the ground floor with a king-size bed, bedroom 2 is upstairs, with a double bed and a en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 is open plan with stairs leading down to the living area please see photos), sleeps 5, private parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, log burner, oil central heating, sea and castle views.
