Little Red Studio - 5mins walk to waterfront&cafes

This light filled studio is tucked away in a private area of our property and is the perfect restful escape for just yourself, couples, or small families. The studio has a Scandinavian summer house style featuring red weatherboard with white trimmings and a pergola. It is 5 minutes walk to the Sandgate waterfront, good cafes, and local bars. Little Red and our home have recently seen some changes. For Little Red, guests will now benefit from a private yard, and a new outdoor covered patio area.

Unit is on the first floor, 2 flights of steps with 8 steps in each flight. Garage is very skinny! Large 4-wheel drive vehicle won't fit I'm sorry!

Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

Rivervilla is a self contained 2 bedroom unit attached to the main dwelling but completely autonomous. It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, the entertainment center, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.
