You will find Mulberry Lodge set in the beautiful, tranquil garden of our family home in the idyllic rural village of Stratton Audley. The Lodge has its own private entrance, and offers a sumptuous and relaxed environment for you to unwind in the country. Your host will be on hand, or at least at the end of a phone if required. For the first morning of your stay a light continental breakfast will be provided, comprising delicious pastries and jam. You will also find fresh milk in the fridge.

Shepherds hut on beautiful farm

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Cosy Country Cottage

The Cottage is a cosy retreat in a quiet village, recently renovated to show off the best of its period features with all the creature comforts. Ideally situated for Bicester Village shopping, Oxford site seeing, Silverstone motor racing and beautiful countryside walks. This is the perfect bolt hole to be as active or relaxed as you choose. Have a soak in the roll top bath, snuggle up in front of the log burning stove or spend an afternoon in the suntrap garden listening to the birds.

The White Lion Studio

A spacious studio apartment at The White Lion, an Oxfordshire country pub. 10 mins to Bicester Village, 20 mins to soho farmhouse, on the edge of the Cotswalds. One double bed and one double sofa bed (additional bedding can be requested). Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. New bathroom with shower. On grounds of beautiful old pub (drinks only but hosting regular food trucks) with free parking and plenty of lovely walks from the studio.

Located in the beautiful village of Evenley, walking distance from an excellent pub as well as a village coffee shop. Little Beech is well located to explore Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Silverstone, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace and Stowe National Trust are all nearby. There are also lots of lovely walks on the doorstep.

Pool House, farmstay, quiet, near Brackley

The Pool House is set on a working farm, surrounded by beautiful countryside. There are plenty of walks in and around the farm or you can hire bikes and explore further afield - we have some lovely pubs in the area. There is a lovely, peaceful space outside to sit and enjoy the garden/view and horses to stroke over the fence. We are between Bicester and Brackley and close by are Silverstone, Stowe, Waddesdon Manor, Blenheim, Oxford, Evenley Wood.

Apple Tree Cottage is a refurbished two bedroom cosy cottage with a separate large shower room, set in a peaceful countryside setting. With off road parking for two cars, electric car charging point, countryside views, and situated between Junctions 9 and 10 of the M40 and 4 miles from the A34. Bicester Village and Oxford close by. Ideal for weekends, short breaks or longer stays to explore everything Oxfordshire has to offer.

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
