Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. A beautifully renovated guest house tucked away in the heart of Hollywood, yet quiet and serene. Just a 10-minute walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, TCL Chinese Theatre, Hollywood/Highland Metro, the Dolby Theatre - home of the Oscars - and iconic bars and restaurants. Set in a lush, jungle - like garden that feels worlds away from the city, with birdsong, aromas of blooms, and the occasional prancing of my ginger kitty Bella or black lab Teddy. This studio unit is attached to my house with a completely separate entrance and pathway giving you total privacy. 5mn walk from Topanga hiking trails (biggest enclosed natural park in a city in the world) 10 mn from Topanga beach , 20 mn to Santa Monica and 20 minutes to Woodland Hills. 420 friendly!
