This beautiful two-story home located on a quiet, brick-paved street in the heart of Sugarcreek is perfect for any getaway! Built in the 1930s, this home has great charming character. Like slightly steeper stairs, to the bedrooms, and a few inconveniently placed light switches. Which is common for such homes. Only a short walk, Downtown Sugarcreek features The World’s Largest Cuckoo Clock. Ohio's "Little Switzerland" has several unique shops, sure to offer a wonderful experience for everyone!

Our renovated cabin is located - 1 mile - from the heart of Amish Country (Berlin) off of a quiet township road. A space to unwind, rejuvenate, and relax after spending a day at the numerous shopping and dining options nearby. Whether lounging on the deck surrounded by trees, relaxing around the fire pit, or interacting with our mini farm animals, you decide the level of activity. Yes, you get free goat food! You will be able to interact with them in our pasture. (Spring - October)

Built in an 1800's era theater, our loft is filled with unique charm and character! The loft features original exposed brick, tall ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The space is spacious, yet cozy! After remodeling the theater into an apartment, our family called this loft home for over 3 years. It was a special home where our first child took her first steps. The Highland is truly a masterpiece uniquely built treehouse feel with a creative touch. This A-frame is elevated 20ft in the air, overlooking a private pond with a neighboring elk farm and a beautiful golf course. And of course sunrises that won’t disappoint ! No pet policy.
