It is a renovated 1980s home redesigned by @Haus Studio, featuring bright, naturally ventilated rooms, a sea-facing main hall with folding doors, and a peaceful courtyard shared by the hall and two bedrooms. At high tide the river can be crossed with one of our shared kayaks - or just by wading through the water - and during low tide it's easy to walk in and out of the property.
