Small privacy quite room

Peaceful room suits one person only. Small end street, one side neighbor only which is very quiet. A large green park & a bush walking track around the house . Enjoy your morning walk to a little creek and green view. 3 mins to bus stop & will take you to railway station or Brisbane center directly. 10-15 mins waking to 2 large shopping centers. Bus 150 running every few mins in busy time & very easy travel to anywhere. The host is not stay in this place so make your staying more relaxing .

The townhouse is in a little estate just a 10 min walk from the Darra train station, and close to a range of shops. It's a great spot for workers or travelers on a budget.

Across the road is the Mount Gravatt Plaza - has Woolworth, Coles, Laundromat, Commonwealth bank including ATM(s), Australia Post, Bottle shops and cafes/restaurants. This is around 100m walk across the road. I work full time so you won't get to see me much around the house :)
