We loved this villa! It was impeccably clean, you cannot beat the views. It’s a short easy walk to South Beach to see the sunset every night.

The condo was great! Very clean and plenty of room. Great location for a couple of golfers. We’d enjoyed our stay very much!

The pictures didn’t do the listing much justice. We walked in completely amazed. We were a bit skeptical of how much space was available, but booking this unit was the best decision we made

Mourad is a great host. He was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. It's usually hit or miss whether extra linens are available at any location so I always advise people bring their own. Mourad had extra linens for every room as well a huge bin with additional sheets, blankets, and towels. We'd definitely stay here again.

This is such a great space for a small family or group. Our granddaughter loved the upper level with a lovely outdoor space. We all loved the main deck with a beautiful view. The furnishings were great and having two golf carts was awesome ! So easy to walk or ride to beach access 13. We saw one small alligator in the lagoon. We recommend this villa wholeheartedly.

Very nice and spacious house. The outside pool and hot tub area is like an oasis of its own. They had pool toys and a great sitting area on the huge outside patio. The washer and dryer are huge. Very pleased with our stay here.

This is the middle building in a group of three matching buildings. First floor is at Dune level and you can see the ocean, second floor you are above the dunes and can see the full beach. So the first level gives you a feeling of privacy. Shared private walkway to beach with the other two buildings. This is a beautiful home and has great views of the beach . well equipped. Would love too stay there again.

The condo was perfect for us. We were a group of 12 and everything was as described. location was perfect and the communication was excellent. House is equipped with most basic needs which is a plus... pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, working stove, double fridge. Excellent. Any issues we had were handled immediately and whatever they can't do, they are definitely on it. As a group that travels, everyone was pleased. Thank you again ladies.

The house was great with four bedrooms and each having their own bathroom. Only complaint, needs more blankets and more brighter lighting in bedrooms. Very well equipped and nicely updated.

Clean and comfortable place, has all the amenities for a relaxing stay.

This location was perfect for a wedding we attended at a local venue in OIB. The third floor of the condo is perfectly pictured as-is in the listing, a great view to enjoy a cup of coffee or evening cocktail on the third floor balcony. We appreciated the individual bedroom/bathroom space we each had for getting ready and the responsiveness of the host when we had questions. We would absolutely consider this condo again for another visit to OIB! Thanks for a lovely stay!

This place was what we needed after a 6hour drive, and then spending all day at ball field . Coming back to a peaceful, relaxing, and great location made the trip so much better. I would highly recommend this location. Great parking, easy beach access, and everything at your finger tips just the cross walk over. Great spot.

Clean place, easy to contact and easy to get around
