We had a lovely time. Doreen and Doug were extremely responsive and helpful even when the power unexpectedly went out during a storm. We would definitely come back the next time we are in Sechelt.

Our one-night stay felt incredibly cozy, and we left wishing we could have stayed longer! Finding the place was quite easy thanks to Catherine's clear directions. We especially loved the company of the two chickens and three cats. The house was spotless and well-organized. Catherine was such a thoughtful host, offering us a variety of milk choices for breakfast. We also really appreciated her kindness in sharing some conditioner with us when we realized we'd forgotten our own. This was definitely one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we absolutely fell in love with her charming, fairytale-like home!

James was a great host! Their location is walking distance from loads of trails and the coast. We visited on a rainy weekend and found the space to be super cozy to hang out and play games and music (we enjoyed the novelty of the records and playing the accordion and guitar). When the rain cleared we went for a beautiful long hike just outside their door. They were super warm and welcoming hosts and we loved getting to chat when we crossed paths but still felt a sense of total privacy in the suite. Would absolutely recommend the suite for anyone making a trip out to the sunshine coast. It was perfect for a winter getaway and I imagine even better in the summer with loads to do.

This was the perfect spot for me and my family to stay for a few days away in the new year. We were a full house of 5 and a dog but there was enough space, a lot of unique and wonderful amenities that made it extra special ( like the bathtub and sauna!) and it was a beautiful house. Clean and modern mixed with a cabin feel. We all loved it. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and it was the perfect place for us to unwind as a family after Christmas!

great overall. john was very friendly and caring. he came and helped us right way when Netflix did not work and then stayed and chatted with us. we had everything we needed. Just one thing for me would be a softer mattress or topper. great location and private. we enjoyed our stay.

Cindy’s place is great. Very comfortable and clean. Cindy is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Her dogs are gentle and were nice to be around.

This place was exactly as described. The kitchen is fantastic, the hottub was ready to go, and the bbq cooks nicely! It's a 2 min walk to the beach, though someone with mobility issues might have a bit of a hard time. The bed is super comfy and firm. Highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful stay, and we will most definitely be back. The place was beautiful, the views were stunning, and everything about the home was just so well thought-out, right down to the sweet touches they left for our dog Rosie. We felt immediately relaxed from the moment we arrived until we reluctantly had to leave at the end of our booking 😂

Beautiful, pristine, peaceful, luxurious. My husband and I were looking for a place to get away from it all, to catch our breath and have a chance to talk without distractions and Kelley's Carriage House was more beautiful and perfect for this then we could have imagined. We felt like were in the Hamptons or on a cruise ship while looking at the ocean through the wall-to-wall windows. The high-end amenities and furnishings wrapped us in luxury and made us feel special. We expected it would be quiet and that we'd be surrounded by nature, which it was and we were. We did not expect the spa-like, clean, beautiful, serene atmosphere. All our physical comforts were well taken care and we were able to relax and be inspired by our surroundings, rest and have meaningful conversations. The sparkling water and popcorn for movie night were a lovely touch and the exquisite chocolates, a delicious surprise that delighted us as children are delighted with a special treat. Thank you!

Margit was extremely friendly and responsive, providing us with good recommendations for places to visit in Bowen. Her place is very charming and has a gorgeous view from the balcony. Thank you for having us!

We had a great stay with Marianne. The views are breathtaking! There is a bit of a walk up, so might not be suitable for those with mobility challenges but was well worth the view at the top!

The suite is very bright, tidy, and clean. There’s many kitchen supplies, cooking oil!, and we found the bed and duvet very comfortable. There’s a bus that goes to gibsons nearby and only a 3 min drive. The place is in a very quiet neighborhood and surrounded by trees. Would recommend!

Thank you for having us to your beautiful home. Very nice little touches like the freshly baked goods. The views from the kitchen are amazing. Also you get a great sleep as the bedroom is quite dark. Overall peaceful quiet and very Bowen island feeling. Also I had my dog along and it was a great place for him too.

Janice and Bill's place, the Hi N Dri, was absolutely gorgeous and cozy. It was so thoughtfully stocked and beautifully decorated, with attention to every detail. Everything was immaculate. We had a wonderfully relaxing family getaway there, visiting the local beach every evening to watch the sunset. Janice and Bill were responsive and attentive, even putting our wet beach shoes onto a drying shelf for us while we were out!

We had a wonderful stay at Renee’s Airbnb with our 2-year-old son. The location in Halfmoon Bay was perfect—close to beautiful beaches, scenic trails, and just a short drive to Sechelt. The home had every amenity we could possibly need, and it’s clear Renee goes above and beyond to make her guests feel right at home. She was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the Sunshine Coast!

Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Le lit est très comfortable, la salle de bain très prorpre et la cuisine fonctionnelle. Que dire du balcon pour la vue et le bain de soleil! Le guide laissé par Maret fût très utile. Nous avons apprécié les recommandations pour les restaurants. Il y a une diversité de restaurants, boutiques et épicerie près. Le trajet pour visiter vancouver ou les parcs se fait facilement. J'ai aussi trouvé le quartier sécuritaire et la vue magnifique pour mon jogging matinale. Tout est pensé pour un séjour parfait. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour ce magnifique séjour. Nous reviendrons définitivement à notre prochaine visite!
