Palmdale Cottage

Classic beach cottage 5 minutes walk to 2 of the best surfing beaches on the South Coast. Ride your bikes or go beach or rock fishing. Swim or bodyboard in the crystal clear waters of Broulee. There is also now a Brewhouse just up the road. Our place is in the perfect part of Broulee to enjoy everything this awesome surf village has to offer. It is also 10 minutes to Mogo Zoo and 20 minutes to Batemans Bay. All bed linen and bath towels are supplied. Sorry no schoolies. Strictly no pets.

Somerset Stables Mogo

Somerset Stables is set on a small rural holding with access to the Mogo state forest, close proximity to the beach and Mogo village and is within walking distance to Mogo Zoo. It has modern decor, rich timber floors, vaulted ceilings and is self contained to be comfortable. The Apartment is a loft conversion of our Stable Barn with stair only access, it has a tree top view of the paddocks below with accompanying bird and zoo noises. We look forward to hosting our guests and sharing our space.

Bayridge Bush and Beach 3 bdm. 4 beds/ 1 sofa bed

I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situated in a unique neighbourhood. Large private blocks with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 or 8 people, however, it would be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. Lots of wildlife.

Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

A bright, airy house close to the beach and perfect a quiet break with the family. We also welcome people working in the local area for short or longer stays. A short walk to surfing and swimming beaches, fishing spots, the popular Rivermouth cafe and Tomakin Social club with The Patch restaurant. Close to the Broulee Brewery, Mogo Zoo, golf course, supermarket, bottle shop, cafes, restaurants, markets and all the amenities of Batemans Bay and Moruya.

Beckon by the Sea

Beckon by the Sea is nestled amongst spotted gums with views of the ocean in idyllic Lilli Pilli. It's a 100m walk to the perfect child friendly Circuit Beach. With recent renovations, this 1950s 3-bed cottage is now spacious, light-filled and fitted out with quality furnishings and inclusions to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortably sleeps six with two queen and two single beds. Linen is included.

Please make Namaste 'your home' during your stay. We don't except bookings for SCHOOLIES or Parties.

Nets near the Beach is just three minutes walk to the beautiful Lilli Pilli Beach. There is also a great cafe just down the road. The property has reverse cycle air conditioning and unlimited WIFI. The house is open plan, flowing out to a large deck off the living area which provides plenty of room to entertain and have a barbeque. If you have children the deck can be latched and the backyard is fully enclosed.

Set between two beaches, easy big family holidays.

Ideally for large or extended families, or for 2 or more families travelling together. With a Rumpus Room to keep 6 kids happy, and a deck with ocean views to keep the adults happy, there is enough room for everyone to spread out and relax. The house is situated between Surf and Wimbie beaches, and within walking distance to Surf Beach local IGA, Pharmacy and bottleshop.
