The campsite is adjoined by over 8,000 acres of public land.

Located on 5 acres shared with a family homestead, it’s surrounded by wildflowers, gardens, and a roadside farmstand out front. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid (no electricity) which means excellent star gazing! Linens are provided. Come for water sports, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, or just to enjoy the Creekside spot! You are welcome to splash in the creek and cool off.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

We are set up for a quiet retreat for 2 people. Additional guests must be approved in advance. No parties!
