The Beach Flat

Renovated cozy, comfortable, well appointed third floor walk up studio (no elevator) in gated Pebble Beach Community. Studio is walking distance to the beach and overlooks the courtyard. Along with enjoying the beach, remember to also take advantage of the community amenities. The community has two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool, tennis courts and a fitness center. There are several adorable boutiques, restaurants, and Publix is located within a mile. Please note * 3rd floor walk up*

Come enjoy our slice of heaven, the Coastal Carolina Cottage. This chic space offers an updated, open living area which is perfect for gathering. Our space also includes a spacious fenced in yard and lovely patio. The cottage is nestled in Vista Cay Village. We are centrally located near Emerald Isle, Hammocks Beach State Park, Camp Lejeune, Croatan National Forest, and historic downtown Swansboro. Lastly, we are a veteran owned and operated business. Bright, Quiet, and Cozy, 3 bed/2 bath

Enjoy the beach in a spacious, Middle Row duplex that is a short five minute walk to the beach and 1/3 of a mile to the sound access. This well maintained and exceptionally clean duplex offers a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, plates, cups and silverware. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach! At night, relax by the fire in the secluded back yard. Jump into a clean bed with fresh linens that are provided. Catch the beautiful sunrises or sunsets of Emerald Isle.

Small (Newport) House near the beach(No Smoking)

This was my tiny space that I decided to keep adding on to. Started as a tiny house but has grown a little bigger. It is 19 mins from Atlantic Beach and is about 7 mins from Walmart and other shopping centers. Bedroom tv has roku device while living room has Spectrum cable and also Roku on the tv. 2 living room chairs and 1 Twin Xl adjustable bed and 1 Twin bed in bedroom. Guest can use one side of the Driveway. Bedroom also has a small closet. House is beside our main residence.
