WELCOME Now open for 2026 and looking forward to greeting guests both new and old. Built under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is rustic themed and located around 5 mls (8km) from the A1 and 3 (5km) from the M62 motorway, with good road/rail and bus links. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

Just a short walk to local amenities inc. restaurants, bar, coffee shop, pub & supermarkets. The cottage is perfectly positioned for access to Leeds, Wakefield & York. The local train station provides easy access into Leeds. The cottage is an ideal location for guests attending events & weddings at the local DeVere Oulton Hall Hotel & golf course.

A short walk to scenic rural woodland and the picturesque riverside. Close to popular wedding venues such as Hazlewood Castle and The Priory wedding barn. Excellent links to Leeds and York. The village has two pubs both serving tasty home cooked food and real ales.

The house is situated in a small village approx 15 mins by car from Leeds City Centre. PLEASE NOTE : There is an additional Charge of £300.00 for the Hot Tub per stay.
