Lovelyn Place was perfect for our family of 7. They also provided an airport pick up for a surcharge which was great. They were very accommodating and communication was great. The place is a little worn as opposed to the picture, but it was still very beautiful and very clean. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay. Princess Diana was super responsive to all my questions, which I really appreciated because communication is so important when booking an Airbnb. I also had a few requests before our stay and she was kind enough to agree to them, which made the experience even smoother. The unit is on the first floor and very accessible. Since we had kids with us, it was so convenient and easy to get around. The unit was clean and, most importantly for me, it smelled fresh since I’m very particular about that. The WiFi was fast and the appliances were all good quality. We even got to relax and enjoy Netflix and Prime Video during our downtime. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

The place was a lot bigger than what I expected. Most condos in the Phils are small but this place was like a combo of two- one bedroom. The view is nice because you are looking down the large swimmimg pool and the cabana. AC in both bedrooms are great. The arts and furniture are good and matching everything; from dining table, sofa and bed. The only thing that is not to my standard is the cold shower. No hot water. The water is not that really cold but I am so used to a hot shower, so it is cold for me The street market is walking distance only. My stay was great and I highly recommended it.

The place is so cozy, what you see from the photos are all true. We truly enjoyed our stay plus the owner is very responsive. all you need to bring is your essentials. What I like the best is the kitchen and the very comfortable bed. Truly a must try place 💖

Great place to stay while waiting for your flight because it's near to the airport.

We had an amazing short but sweet time at Casa Felecitas condo! I’ve always wanted to do a staycation with my parents, niece and nephew and it was great that we did it at Beng’s place :) So many things I like — the unit close to elevator, TV with Youtube & Netflix ready, Fast internet for remote/online work, kitchen with complete utensils and cooking tools, nicely design bedrooms with balcony + pool view, washing machine and the pool! On top of that, Beng is very responsive, friendly and communicated and prepared our check-in well. I would definitely book this place again when we need another staycation 💯

The host is responsive, easy to communicate with and we had a smooth transaction. I do love the place and it matched the photos posted by the host. It is so clean and well-equipped. Also, place is well maintained and a pleasure to stay in. This place has a beautiful view and easy access to the pool. There is a market and stores nearby the area which is very convenient. Also, If you want to visit Samal Island for side trip, then this unit is perfect for you since the location is so near to the Sasa Wharf. We had a great time and would love to stay here again soon!
