Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

Refurbished workshop, set in the small, tranquil village of Taliesin, halfway between the towns of Aberystwyth and Machynlleth (ancient capital of Wales). The village is walking distance of the Wildfowler pub and award-winning Cletwr cafe and community shop in nearby Tre-r-Ddol. Above and around Taliesin are many beautiful woodland walks, it's close to the coastal path and short driving distance (or bike ride) to the popular holiday village of Borth and unspoilt beach of Ynyslas.

Welcome to Sigrid Lodge, one of our Scandinavian A frame lodges here at Graig Escapes. Set in the beautiful vale of clywd area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by open fields and beautiful countryside. Enjoy being greeted by our Alpacas on arrival and when you step inside Sigrid lodge we hope to blow your mind with the stunning A frame design, finished in a Scandinavian and nordic style which boasts a wood fire, oak flooring, lots of lovely rugs and woollen blankets.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Little Cottage, Borth

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Perfect for two people, you'll hardly want to leave the Little Cottage to stroll along the beach, gaze at the glorious sunsets or explore the quirky shops, cafes and pubs of Borth and beyond. Spend cosy evenings in front of the log burner or have a bbq on the terrace... the choice is yours. Whatever time of year you choose to stay you'll fall in love with the fabulous scenery of the Ceredigion coastline and views of Snowdonia beyond.

Cottage in Dol-y-bont, near Borth and Aberystwyth

A single-storey detached property, our cottage is set back from the road in a quiet hamlet with views overlooking open farmland. Bounded by a stream, the cottage is comfortably furnished and offers a double bedroom, large fitted kitchen, shower room and a large living/dining room with sofa bed (small double). There is a wide screen HD tv with DVD player, dvd's, books and games. Patio doors open from the living room onto a small patio area with garden furniture.

Entire flat central Aberystwyth location

Cosy one bedroom flat with bedroom and bathroom located up a small flight of stairs. Downstairs has a small kitchen area with breakfast bar and small lounge seating area and tv. Bedroom has luxurious king size bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. Entirely your own private space in the centre of town. The flat is at the rear of the main building and therefore doesn't have a sea view, but you can walk out of main front door onto promenade.

Cosy Shepherd's Hut

This delightful shepherd's hut situated on our smallholding in West Wales (lovingly built using low impact and reclaimed materials), offers a fantastic base to explore the nearby beaches, mountains and other attractions. The thoughtfully furnished interior includes a super comfy double bed, simple kitchen and cosy woodburner. Outside is a large decking area, your own unique walk in spiral shower and a separate compost loo.

The Pod at Gwarcae

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings at this peaceful pod in the Welsh Hills, just over a mile outside Devils Bridge, which is famous for its waterfalls. The Pod is on a quiet country lane with lots of wonderful walks straight out the door. The Pod is cosy and the perfect spot to enjoy the quiet countryside and beautiful dark skies, whilst also having plenty of interesting things to do and see in the local area.
