This was a sisters vacation….and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend it. The home was beautiful and right near the beach. The pool was private and clean. We loved the feeling every time we walked in the door. We walked to dinner and shops and coffee. And any questions were answered right away. Can’t wait to come back.

This was a great place to start our vacation. We were all impressed by the decor and very comfortable from the get go. Our kids loved the pool and we easily spent an afternoon in the backyard enjoying the scenery and bird song. The pizza oven was also a highlight of our Friday night. Our hosts were great. Very welcoming before we arrived and were quick to respond to an issue we ran into that we were able to solve very quickly. We'd love to come back again in the future and highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting!

Great location 2 minutes from Walmart & not far from the beach. We had a problem with the fridge not working and he had a new one delivered and paid us back for a cooler and ice. Friendly & honest! We would book again

Short review: extremely clean. Very responsive host. Great location. Pictures matched. Will stay again! Long review: this home was wonderful. It was in a great location on the N. Side of AMI. Lovely to have water front in the back of home and to sit and relax. Leslie was a great host and answered questions promptly at time of booking all the way until we left. One small issue did arise but Leslie took care of us as quickly as she could. That’s really all we could ask for. Beds were comfy and space was adequate for our family. There was a provided shed with beach items - chairs, umbrellas, toys, wagon etc. that made it easy for our stay. I’m assuming it’s a “pay it forward” from guests previously. We left a styrofoam cooler :) very quiet location. Easy to walk to beach or hop in car and drive to one. Starter kit was provided upon arrival which was helpful. Fridge had ice/water dispenser which was very helpful as well. Loved this place and the hosts! Highly recommend!!!

Our stay was perfect for what we needed! We only had a couple of questions when we got there, but they were answered quickly. The house had everything that we could want. We had adults stay there, but a few kids came over and they loved the space and the pool too. Thanks for our stay!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Biljana’s home! The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The entire house was spotless on our arrival. Everything inside is totally upgraded and has beautiful finishes. The floors are gorgeous and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We loved the fact the house was stocked with toiletries (shampoo, body wash, dish soap, paper towels) etc. and the fact they have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and even a cooler for you to use. They truly let you into their home with open arms and allow you to access all their things. The heated saltwater pool was warm at 80 degrees and clean. The pool vacuum is awesome and clears all the debris in just an hour or so. Biljana and her husband respond to all your needs very quickly and are so friendly! Only thing I may recommend is updating some outdoor pool furniture such as the patio table and chairs. Would 100% stay here in the future!

Even better than the pictures! This place was absolutely fantastic. All of my guests loved the property and the backyard was incredible! We had a great time grilling and swimming in the pool! The pool bath is a super nice feature and it’s beautiful! The house was super clean and had plenty of parking. The street was quiet and the neighborhood felt safe. You could even take a morning walk to Wawa for coffee if you wanted to. It’s also a 3 minute car ride to Target and Publix so it’s super easy to get anything you need. Isabella was very sweet and responsive. 10/10 I would absolutely rebook again.

The residence was clean and met our needs for the 9 family members that stayed (3 nights). The kitchen has plenty of counter space. The home was roomy enough for all, but some of the seating (blue chairs in photos) was not in the home. If you are traveling with elders, just note that 2 of the 3 bathrooms have smaller than standard doors. My mom’s walker would not fit through them. The beds are very comfortable. We would stay here again if coming to town.

Wow!! over from the UK and so happy we found this property. The property itself is fantastic, spacious, nicely presented and provides everything needed. Views were absolutely exceptional, so peaceful across the waterways on the lower balcony for morning coffee where we did see a dolphin one day and further across Clearwater from the roof terrace which was a lovely area to relax and chill out. Cam was an exceptional host keeping us fully informed and responding so quickly to all of my questions during our week. We preferred the beach during the day, which was lovely and such a short walk. The use of the towels and umbrella for our days there was appreciated. All in All this goes down as one of the best weeks we’ve had away.

This place was perfect, I wouldnt judge a book by its cover, its super clean, neat and modern inside, all of the separate apartments have the perfect sense of privacy and the penthouse was great to gather in. The patio was perfect to relax and look at the lake, and the pool was always warm. I’d highly recommend this place for a big family!

No details overlooked - a family paradise! Our hosts were very helpful and the entire stay was wonderful - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Will 100% be back! The home was beautiful and felt like we were at our own private resort. Thoughtful touches throughout. To be on the water but walkable to the beach - all around an incredible week. It was private. The host was awesome, great at anticipating our needs and super responsive when needed. Takes great pride in a well maintained and updated home. Home was stocked with all that we needed. Didn’t want to leave! Hard to believe it was better in person than the photos show!

Absolutely loved staying here! Me and two other people came into town for a tennis tournament and found this Airbnb to stay at. The Airbnb was very clean and very comfortable, we all felt right at home staying here. I also loved how close this place was to the tournament site we were playing at. We will definitely stay here again!

Kelly's place was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels, blankets, and linens. The pool was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay in this nice and quite neighborhood.

What a beautiful home and neighborhood. It was perfect for our needs. The pool was a huge plus and we swam every day.

we stayed at the salty lime villa for a wedding and were so impressed not only by theresa’s (the host) proactiveness with communicating but her thoughtfulness with the villa! inside, she had a personalized message for us as well as snacks, coffee staples, and really anything you could think of that you’d need to feel at home! the property itself is peaceful and a great representation of florida. we’re florida natives so we felt immediately at home in the backyard! the property has a lovely communal space (pool, hammock) as well as a ton of bikes, fishing poles, beach gear and other activity necessities. we told theresa that next time, we’re renting out all the villas to share the space with family and friends - so if you have a larger group, plan ahead and rent them all! also, it should be noted the villa was pristinely clean which is obviously a must with any home. theresa and her family put so much thought and energy into their property and for that we are so grateful.

We loved our stay at the villa! It’s in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood off Bayshore in a great location. Adina was the kindest host and delivered freshly baked treats every morning. Will be back for another refreshing weekend!
