an excellent property, very close to the venue of my Mothers 90th birthday party. A spacious property with very modern amenities. Bedding was high quality and plenty of towels. The outdoor area was great for the children to play in, pool looked great but not enough time to try. Would recommend for extended families, a very peacefull spot.

The swimming pool was clean and a real hit for my children as was the swing set. Annie was very quick to respond to any messages. Would definitely recommend Annie’s house to anyone visiting the area.

Me and my friends came for the Country Music Festival and where we stayed was perfect for when we wanted to chill after a crazy day of music and walking by relaxing the the loungeroom or sitting by the pool. The kitchen had all the tools we needed as we cooked our own lunches and dinners. Thank you for an amazing stay ❤️ we are already planning on coming back again

My family and I were in town for a wedding and had a really relaxing and comfortable stay at Stacey's. The place is a 3 minute walk into the main strip of shops, so a great central location, and lots of privacy from neighbouring houses - who we didn't see or hear much from. The house itself is expansive and while we only had 6 people in the house, it could comfortably sleep 8 or 9 guests. We loved the deck at the rear of the house and the beautiful big backyard, and our kids went for a swim each day. The cat Macie hung around the back porch and we fed twice a day, she was no hassle and largely kept to herself. Would recommend Stacey's house, was perfect for our 4 night stay.

We had the prefect weekend away with family and friends. Amazing space for kids to run around outside to burn off energy whilst enjoying the space either at the outdoor fire-pit or the outdoor BBQ area.

Cannot recommend this home enough. Thoroughly loved our stay. Thoughtful and flexible host. Stunning home. Such a beautifully renovated and appointed house. Our hosts were really easy to communicate with. Attentive to the smallest detail. We were so grateful when we arrived much later than planned to arrive with an external light on and the home heating warming the house. A wonderful home with wonderful hosts

Sarah's house was lovely. The outdoor space was great, and we loved being surrounded by the horses. The fire pit outside was a great addition. Inside, the house easily accommodated 8 people without sitting on top of each other. The air conditioned bedrooms were spacious, the linen was lovely, heaps of storage. Kitchen facilities were brilliant! Thanks so very much to Sarah for being an amazing host.

Anna was extremely accommodating. Communication was fantastic. Beautiful family home and great peaceful location with an amazing outlook. Highly recommend Annas place we had a great family holiday .

Natalie is very nice host and good at quick communications. The property is spacious with billiards table in the game room. The property is walking distance to the dam, and 25km away from the scenic sorghum crops farms. Highly recommended for friends family relaxing on weekends.

A great place to stay when you want to stay somewhere out of Tamworth. The house had everything we needed. Hopefully we will be back when we have a bit more time to explore the local area. Warren is as a great host. Thank you for having us.

Fiona’s home was perfect for our 3 night stay for the tamworth music festival. the amenities comfortably managed 4 couples with places to come together and retreat if required. the location was perfect as it was an easy walk to the town centre but far enough away to remain quiet and private. thanks Fiona and Paul for the hospitality and warm welcome.

I was especially impressed by the generous breakfast provisions and snacks—everything was fresh, high-quality, and made me feel completely looked after. The friendly resident animals added an extra layer of warmth and charm to my stay. Whether it was watching kangaroos graze nearby or being greeted by the gentle farm animals, it was a wholesome, grounding experience I won’t forget. Probably the cleanest place I’ve stayed in for a long time. The beds were super comfortable and our group of seven had everything we needed for a great long weekend.

Tim is an awesome host! He helped us park our truck and left us the property in a beautiful condition. Waking up to his horses was extra special on a long road trip.

Good place to share with others. 15 min from paragliding and walking distance to town centre where you’ll find IGA, Royal Hotel, etc. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again there.
