WATERFRONT! The Boat House is an 800sf private residence built directly over Lake Dora offering panoramic lakefront views. Located on Mount Dora's Famous Boat House Row, right in the heart of downtown Mount Dora, where you can roll out of bed and walk a few steps to one of the quaint coffee shops. The Boat House was once a tin boat shed with floors open to the water and housed two boats. Today, you will find warm, cozy furnishings, comfortable beds, a quiet location and sunsets every evening!

This charming (and newly renovated) 1920's bungalow is located in historic downtown Mount Dora. Come embrace the front porch feel of the community. You can enjoy your coffee or drinks on the front porch and watch the world go by or walk the short 2 blocks to the center of the historic downtown area in Mount Dora at Donnelly & 5th Avenue. The downtown area has wonderful shopping and a variety of restaurants, all steps away from beautiful Lake Dora. The house sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

Tiny Home Near the Springs

Fresh air and back to nature. Imagine a tiny but comfortable hotel room in a rural setting. You'll hear roosters crow as the sun rises. Take a walk on a moonless cloudless night, and you may see stars. This 190 sq. ft. tiny house is a ten minute drive to either Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, a four minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles, and a 15 minute drive to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive. The major theme parks are a 30 to 45 minute drive, depending on traffic.

Sapphire Cottage - sleeps 6, on 5 acres with canal

On 5 beautiful wooded acres with a boat dock on the canal. Relax by the shared pool, enjoy a BBQ by the firepit, fish from the boat dock, enjoy nature, or simply read a book in the gazebo. Sapphire Cottage has a Master with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full size sofa-beds, dinning area for 6, and a full size bathroom. Whether you are looking to relax, enjoy the farm animals, or a bit of adventure we have the perfect location. We live in the main house across the cottage.

Features fully outfitted kitchen, deck with gas grill and outdoor firepit. Comfortable and elegant living space with 65 inch smart TV. Primary bedroom features King bed and smart tv. Second bedroom has two cozy twin beds. Bikes available for use. Whether you’re coming to relax, boat, shop or partake in one of Mount Dora's many festivities, consider staying here!

The Nook

Pet-free, tucked into a quiet neighborhood, and full of books for you to read, the Nook is a relaxing retreat that is just a short walk from Lake Dora. It boasts an open floor plan between the fully-equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Head down the street to the award-winning brewery for excellent food and drinks, and then walk a few blocks to enjoy sunsets and wildlife at Lake Dora. Downtown is a 20-minute walk away, where you’ll enjoy Mount Dora’s festivals, shops, and restaurants.

Comfy, clean and cute! Only 5 min drive to downtown. The house is one story and located in a quaint neighborhood. Inside as you entered there is a spacious living room with a L shaped couch overlooking the beautiful modern electric fireplace and large TV. Great layout with Master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Outside there is a porch in front, a large covered lanai in the back and big fenced yard for your pets.
