Solo podemos estar agradecidas, la comunicación es impecable, todas las recomendaciones y atenciones maravillosas. La casa es preciosa, igual que en las fotografías, tiene muchos detalles como bastoncillos, cepillo, secador, pinzas para el pelo, plancha, cápsulas de café, azúcar... tiene todo y más, está cuidado al máximo detalle. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Karim was there for us to show the Apt, helpful and always reply to our questions, good person, convenient location from CTM BUS or Train station, say if TAXI will use meter it is about 7 to 10 Derham With out meter Max you should pay 20D From CTM OR TRAIN.. Nice and safe area. lots of Taxi out side the Building, Grocery store (Marjan super market) right in front of the building Exit , you can buy Meat, Chicken, veg too. .Lots of fast food restaurant on walking distance . Asmae was so nice and responsive. She helped us check-in super late at night and made sure we had everything. The place is very close to the train station and walkable to many cafes. The place was spacious and comfortable. I would recommend staying here to anyone!!

Everything was nice. The space so elegant and huge that it seems enough to invite 30-50 people to make a royal party. But only thing she should clearly inform us or other guests was additional costs. Breakfast fee was additional and it was not informed well. I found it was not free through reviews. In addition, price was different from reviews. She sincerely made efforts to satisfy us. It was great. However most of that was related to money

Great place We had an issue with the master bathroom door it was locked from out side should have this checked but other than this house is amazing

El anfitrión y su hija Imane, fueron muy amables y siempre pendientes de nosotras. El alojamiento estaba igual que la foto y esta situado a 1 min de la Puerta Azul que está llena de restaurantes y todo lo que quieres. Hemos tenido una estancia excelente ! Gracias Amine! Algún día volvamos

Äusserst grosse und schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Netter Kontakt mit Amine und Ansprechpersonen vor Ort. Parkplatz direkt vor Hauseingang. Für Gruppen und Familien sehr empfehlenswert.

Un excellent Riad et d’excellents hôtes !! L’accueil a été chaleureux et très professionnel, ils sont aux petits soins pour chacune de vos demandes. Leurs recommandations sont excellentes et le lieu est magique, calme et paisible. Nous y sommes allés pendant l’hiver mais les chambres sont bien chauffées, les infrastructures sont neuves et de qualités (hammam, jacuzzi…). La terrasse donne une vue sur toute la médina et est très bien arborée (jasmin, oliviers…) Nous ne voulions plus partir Merci encore Abdelali, Omar et toute l’équipe !! À très vite inchallah !

The apartment was very clean and well-prepared for our stay. The location was amazing – right in the heart of the medina, which made the experience even more special. This was my first time in such an original and unique place and staying in this traditional old house made it even more memorable. Each floor had a bedroom, and the rooftop terrace was simply fantastic. It truly felt like immersing ourselves in the local way of living. We also had breakfast prepared for us on-site, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic experience

I recently had the joy of living in a lovely traditional house, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the classic architecture and inviting front porch welcomed us home. The interior features beautiful hardwood floors and elegant moldings that add to its charm. The spacious living room, complete with a fireplace, became our favorite gathering place for family and friends. Each bedroom has its own unique character, with plenty of natural light and comfortable spaces for relaxation. Overall, this traditional house has been a perfect blend of comfort and charm. It truly felt like home, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a warm and inviting place to live!

Siamo state in 10 amiche nel Riad . Tutto è andato benissimo, tranquillo, camere comode, le piccole meglio per 1 persona, le 2 molto grandi anche per 3 persone . Bravissima per la colazione Fatima che prepara buoni manicaretti. Ottimo, da consigliare .

Thank you Samira for a great stay and making us feel so welcomed. It was amazing to stay in such a beautiful, historic house in such a convenient location in the Medina. The rooftop is especially nice (even in the rain we had on our visit). We really enjoyed exploring the souks and local restaurants. Was a brilliant place for us as a family with young kids.

J'ai apprécié la réactivité de Ahmed bien que j'ai rencontré une difficulté à la réservation. Il a su de suite m'aider à réserver. Je me suis bien reposée, j'aurais aimé rester okis longtemps car le cadre est verdoyant, paisible, tout à proximité. Le SPA au pied de l'immeuble c'est un atout majeur pour se relaxer et prendre soin de soi. Des restaurants succulents tout autour. Ouahdie un hôte présent. Du gardiennage et de la sécurité permet un vrai lâché prise. Ils ont repindu à toutes nos demandes. Merci et au plaisir d'y revenir

The apartment is better than expected, nice and clean. Location is walkable to many places of interest, train station is 8 minutes walk. Ahmed and his partner Ouadie are very quick response to my questions. Recommended, will be back when have a chance.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren von Anfang an begeistert. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurden wir mehrfach ermuntert, uns bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort zu melden. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch das Haus und die Umgebung waren sehr sauber und angenehm. Vor dem Haus ist ein schönes Café mit Blick auf einen gepflegten Park. Als es wegen des Blackouts in Spanien durch unterstützende Stromlieferungen seitens Marokkos zu Internetproblemen kam, ich das Internet jedoch beruflich dringend brauchte, bot der Eigentümer sofort jede mögliche Unterstützung an. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es Cafés, kleinere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Eine größere Restaurantauswahl ist ca. 10 Taximinuten entfernt in der Ville Nouvelle und natürlich in der Medina, die mit dem Taxi ebenfalls sehr schnell erreichbar ist (Kosten ca. 2 €/Fahrt). Alles in allem 100 % empfehlenswert – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We loved our stay here. The hosts Ahmad and Ouadie are super helpful and kind gentleman who assured me as females we would have no problems. The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere from here and plenty taxis around outside.

The appartement is so cosy, clean and beautiful. It’s well situated and the access is secure. The host was also very helpful and polite.

As a solo traveller, it's perfectly fine for me. It's clean generally, with a comfortable bed and enough blankets (could get quite chilly in sleep hours). Bathroom is quite small but I'm okay with it (could be a problem for tall guys though). Sebastian is also a very friendly and responsive host, with clear instructions he made check-in easy. I found the value impeccable for its price.
