This was such a fun stay! Tina & Marg are great hosts :) even though we never got a clear view of mt. egmont due to storms, the view was still stunning. We enjoyed adventuring around the property & meeting all of the animals. Marg was gracious enough to meet us and let us feed the flock of sheep. The house is decorated very nicely with a retro/vintage vibe. Truly an unforgettable stay!

Thanks Sue for an incredible stay. She’s gone above and beyond with this place and all the extra goodies we so enjoyed. The outdoor bath and local pizzeria were a highlight as expected. I hope to stay in the future for a longer period of time and I definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at the tiny home. It felt very private and relaxing, and we made good use of the fire and hot tub. The kitchen was well equiped for being able to cook simple meals, and we appreciated the milk, tea and the endless coffee preparation options to experiment with! Close enough to get in to New Plymouth, and a beautiful walk on Maude track to get to Mangakotukutuku falls located a quick 5 minute drive from the property. Would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to return in the future!

Annie and Sam, thank you for the most magical stay. Your space is absolutely stunning, like something out of a Pinterest dream board. Every detail, from the gold and earthy color palette to the cozy textures and ambient lighting, felt so thoughtfully designed and full of warmth. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day out. The outdoor fire pit was such a highlight too. We spent the evening under the stars, toasting marshmallows and making s’mores. It truly felt like a scene from a movie. We didn’t get the chance to try the sauna this time, but it looked amazing and gives us the perfect excuse to come back. You’ve created a beautiful little oasis that’s both luxurious and comforting. Thank you again for sharing it with us. It was a stay we’ll always remember.

we enjoyed our stay a lot. We received a warm welcome upon arrival even though it was windy and a bit late. The place is sparkling clean and the spa was great. We had the most amazing stay at the Luxury Seaside Holiday Home in Waverley! The house is super spacious and was perfect for our group—plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. Having two kitchens and several bathrooms was such a bonus, especially with a big group. The location is just beautiful. It’s only a short walk to Waverley Beach, which has these incredible black sands—such a unique spot! We loved hanging out on the deck in the evenings, watching the sunset with a drink in hand, and the spa pool was the perfect place to unwind. There was so much to do in the house too—table tennis, darts, and loads of space for the kids to play. It really felt like a home away from home. The host was great—super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our getaway.

What a stunning location., located straight next to one of the best urban walkways in the country. Hosts were great so friendly loved Lou the dog she was so lovely too. the views keep you entertained for the whole.time, no TV was needed at all we will definitely be back

We always love a dog friendly place and this was a gem! The place was clean and comfortable. Host had provided amble recommendations for eateries and things to do. The spa was easily accessible and relaxing! We had a great time staying here - it was very peaceful ☺️ Highly recommend
