We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Entire Guest Suite

Enjoy easy access to the city centre, hospital, supermarket, buses and beaches. This Entire quest suite features a private entrance with no shared spaces and off street parking. The space is downstairs from the main house where the 2 owners live. There is an ensuite and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster and dining table. There is tea and coffee facilities. There are two separate rooms both with queen beds. One room has the toilet and kitchenette in it.

Tauranga Comfort Cottage

Gorgeous 2 bedroom fully self contained separate dwelling, comfortably accommodating 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. Has the option of 2 extra guests sleeping on a double sofa bed in lounge for short stays & by request only. Central Tauranga location, Otumoetai Bureta area 2 free off street parks. Private courtyard in a quiet street. 5min drive to Tauranga CBD & 15min drive to downtown Mt Maunganui. 10 min walk/2 min drive to shopping centre with Bureta Woolworths, liquor store, bar & restaurants

Relax in our carefully curated Poolside Retreat. Motuopuhi Poolside Retreat is centrally located in the peaceful neighbourhood fondly referred to as the Avenues, and lucky to be situated on a quiet cul de sac with views of the harbour and Motuopuhi Island. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

Meet our pet farm animals, hand feed Mr Chips & Ivy (Flemish giant rabbits), chickens, Mara & Wednesday (our pet goats), Larry, Emily ( sheep) & Piglet & Rosie (pet cows). Enjoy our attractive, quiet neighbourhood and easy access to Tauranga CBD 10 minutes walk away. Walking distance to Waikato University CBD Campus, restaurants, cafés, fast food, bakery, Pharmacy and Medical centre. Saturday Farmers Market and Bus routes at top of road. Suitable singles, couples and business. Hosts are fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and require guests to be similarity vaccinated as a condition of any booking. The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

This apartment is fully kitted out with all that you need. The apartment is in one side of the house and is self contained. Use of the spa is included between 6 pm and 9 pm. PS infant under 2 can stay for free (porta cot available on request) PS Marshall the cat loves pats.
