Timms Cottage is a rustic farm cottage and allows you to relax with an indoor outdoor space giving you breath taking views of Mt Dobson, Fox Peak and our farm. The cottage is situated behind the family homestead within our garden on our farm, providing a peaceful and private setting. We are a working farm. We are 10 km from Fairlie which has some great eating places, 3 km from Lake Opuha and half an hour from Mount Dobson and Fox Peak. Tekapo and Geraldine are only half an hour away.

This lovely popular two storey house is affordable, clean, comfortable, warm, family-friendly and spacious. It comes with free WiFi (fibre) and linen. We offer a flexible cancellation policy especially during lockdown. The house is situated on the quiet western side of town with breath taking views of the Ben Ohau ranges and surrounding mountains. The cottage has a homely feel and has been loved by guests that have stayed before. In the older established part of town, we can guarantee a quiet, enjoyable and peaceful stay.
