The apartment was great, centrally located, clean and well supplied. The hosts were very responsive and completely approachable with any questions we had. Only tiny downside was the blinds in the bedrooms weren’t amazing and let in a LOT of light. Also, because of the location, it could be quite loud at night. But that’s understandable given the location which was so close to the theatre and train station.

Lovely little place near to the Marina. Great bathroom and the kitchen had everything you’d need for a short stay. Milk in fridge was a nice touch. Not a lot of room to side of bed but good use of the space. Internet and tv worked well. Parking right outside and the place was easy to find. Access to a Bench outside to enjoy any sunshine. Fab weekend

Josh is a super host, we really enjoy his flat, very quiet, short distance to brilliant walks and beach of Talacre. We’ll book again, all you need in kitchen, very clean flat, good shower. It’s next to a barrack but not an issue as was very quiet in our stay.

Amazing host and I don’t say that lightly. They provided me with very clear instructions and information from the day I booked. Very responsive, so whenever I had questions they were answered within the hour. Sent all information regarding check-in in a clear format so it was very easy to follow once we arrived. Apartment was clean, free of clutter and matched the description very well. We would definitely book again with this host in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Poolhouse. John and his team gave clear instructions on how to find the property, and even included photos. We loved the fact that it had private, off road parking. Main entrance to the property is accessible and the property is on one level. John was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the heating and cooling system. This is an ideal property for a couple and just like the photos.

We enjoyed our stay in Bridgnorth and the studio did not disappoint! Perfect for a cosy stay and great location. Lovely cafe next door for Potter fans and the Cliff Railway was just around the corner. Would recommend a visit to the Severn Valley Railway. Highly recommend this property.

The apartment was great! It was dripping in history yet still had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bedroom was a really good size and we slept like logs in the huge bed. The log burner in the lounge was also a lovely feature. The kitchen was compact but well equipped and had everything we needed. The apartment couldn't be more central for all that Bishops Castle has to offer with pubs/restaurants, cafes, town hall and various walks right on the doorstep. Jenny was an amazing host, really friendly and we enjoyed our chats. Would highly recommend staying here.

A very comfortable and cozy space with a large kitchen equipped with all the necessary cookware. I cooked many delicious meals there. Also received a lovely gift from the owner!

Mis padres no utilizaron nada porque solo vinieron un par de días pero Stephen tuvo el detalle de dejarle algunas cosas para el desayuno. Ha sido muy amable con ellos y ha estado pendiente en todo momento de si se sentían como en casa. El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente ya que se encuentra en el centro de Sutton Coldfield en una calle tranquila. Sin duda volveré a escogerlo cuando me haga falta. Muchas gracias ☺️

This was a nice, quiet little flat, quite basic but cosy and comfortable, once we knew how to work the heating! The flat was clean and bright, attractively furnished and generally well-equipped. The beds & bedding were like new and very comfortable. The bedrooms had effective 'blackout'-style curtains to counter the early morning sunlight. The kitchen was well-designed, a little 'unfinished' in paces but with stylish appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment, but no dishwasher. Efosa was a very good host, responding quickly and supportively to any queries or issues. It is important to note that the flat is on the second floor with no lift, which was fine for us but may not suit everybody. This flat was perfect for our group of four to visit family in Kings Heath and we really enjoyed our stay.

Had an incredible time for my birthday weekend. The flat was immaculate and spotless. The host explained everything perfectly and checked in to make sure I was setting ok. The flat is close to transport and the City Centre which was perfect. I would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back again.

We are family of 5 from hull, Three adults and 2 children ages 6 and 4 years old. Our first stay in the area, the accommodation is perfectly located for local amenities and attractions. 5 min walk to Cadburys World. Station 5 min walk with regular trains to Birmingham only 13 mins on the train. The accommodation is homely, stylish and spotlessly clean. Could not fault a thing perfect if you want to visit all attractions. Thanks Dawn would definitely recommend Rosie and Family

A perfect place to stay! We loved staying here ans couldn't fault it one bit. Clare ans her partner were so friendly and welcoming, with the added bonus of Strudel the dog! Located about 10 mins from Warwick and not much further to Leamington and Stratford, so perfectly located for access to amenities. We would 100% stay again.

Jabran’s Airbnb is truly exceptional. I spend most of my time reviewing luxury and boutique accommodations across the UK, and Parliamentary surpasses many five star hotels I’ve experienced. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly well thought out. A special mention goes to the Molton Brown gift bag, a lovely touch - the exfoliating mitt was a lifesaver! I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked the apartment next door upon arrival for the next day (Parliamentary was already taken). Jabran’s entire portfolio is clearly curated with care and quality in mind, and I look forward to experiencing more of his properties in the future. I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Number 12, good to see new sofa and cooker, fridge. freezer would be handy. No plug in sink so difficult to wash up! Bathroom needs repairs, tiles off, leak stain on ceiling, shower screen leaked. Which means water on floor. Please paint stairwell it’s scruffy as you enter, it lets it down. You need to install WiFi please.

We had really great time with partner, definitely will be back.
