Came here for a few nights as part of a honeymoon trip. The location and hosts were both amazing. Beautiful views and private but still close enough to a few towns we found new things to do and places to eat every day. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for couples/small groups.

Well kept and very easy to use and put away all amenities listed. Only issue we ran into was a red stain left behind by the previous group that stayed and the Master bedroom light that was flickering and needed to be changed. I would definitely come back and stay as the owner is quick to respond and helpful when needed.

We had a great stay and the place was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. It's a nice place to stay that is quiet and gives you good access to Woodland Park, Manitou Springs, and Colorado Springs. Snowfall team is proactive with their communication and reminding you of the rules, but if everyone follows the rules then you get a place that is taken care of and clean so I can't fault them for that. I'd recommend staying here.

Amazing place overall; tucked back in the woods with incredible views of mountains and peaceful, quiet area! House was very clean, lots of helpful instructions throughout the house, plenty of everyday items to replace anything you may have forgotten (q-tips, blow dryer, extra towels, etc), kitchen well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, appliances! Host was extremely helpful and responsive in any assistance needed throughout the stay Hot tub was definitely a great feature! Saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed the stars at night! Would highly recommend!

Grayson’s house was in a wonderful spot with great views! The amenities here were top notch! I would highly recommend looking into Grayson’s house if you are looking to stay around the Colorado Springs area! Grayson was very flexible with an early check in with us and had everything we needed for the long weekend! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Had a fantastic weekend with my wife and 10 year old niece. The house is very clean, quiet, and has a homey feel that was very comforting and cozy. It is a great location with an easy walk to the Hungry Bear and other main street locations, but far enough from the highway that we never heard the traffic. Roger was very helpful and got us all set up when we arrived.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

Great location near Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Lots of space too! Spotless kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Brian was a great host! Would stay there again, 100%.

Excellent entertainment included with the convertible pool, air hockey and pool table. Cozy beds and couch. Highlight was the perfect water pressure and distribution of water from the shower, although a little tight for space. Overall, great place to stay!

We were only able to stay the night, but Pamela's bnb was a nice respite at the end of a fun trip. The airbnb had remarkably easy access to the interstate which made travel easier. As an added bonus, the property provided a nice view of the sunset as the sun disappeared behind Pikes Peak.

Oh my gosh! I’ve visited CO before, due to my past military experience and my brother recently serving in CS. When I say, nothing has ever felt more homey than this space! It made me feel like I had finally landed my dream job and bought a small house off the mountains. Really responsive, would recommend to anyone, I’ll be booking next time I’m CS again.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. Beautiful scenery, amazing fishing, & wonderful host’s! Highly recommend for any fly fishermen.

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

Had a great stay. Missed that “garden apartment” meant basement … it was a small space but nicely done and good light. Never had a chance to use the hot tub. Walkable to downtown and great food - but the first block or two feel a little sketch.

Jacquie’s place was absolutely great! Super clear, kitchen well stocked, we had everything we needed! Jacquie was always super responsive and proactive. I definitely recommend this place.

Brad was so communicative and this helped so much. We were unable to use the gorgeous firepit area, though at first their was no red warning. But that was the only disappointment. I would suggest them getting a gas lit fire for upper deck, that would have solved all that. Guests could still view the sunset even when so chilly. However other than that, it was a great stay. They did also have 2 fireplaces inside which we used every single night. I would highly recommend this house and Brad as a host! Jen Williams

I’ve stayed at tons of Airbnbs over the years, and this has to be top 3! I would even go as far as to say #1. The location was great, the place was amazing, but what made this stay phenomenal was host. She had amazing communication, and she made sure my stay was top tier. I even left my iPad behind, and she reached out to let me know, and sent it to me in the mail!! I DEFINITELY recommend staying here. You’ll love it.

I wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the lovely cabin we stayed in recently. We truly enjoyed our time there! The cabin was incredibly cozy and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also conveniently located near stores and restaurants, which made it easy for us to stock up on supplies and enjoy some delicious meals out. We didn’t encounter any issues finding the cabin, which made our arrival seamless. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we are grateful for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay for or Thanksgiving vacation! We were there 5 days and it was great. It even snowed on us! The view from the living room windows was absolutely breathtaking! We will defiantly stay again!
