Whippletree Cottage near Bath

Just a 20 minute drive from Bath or Wells, Whippletree Cottage sleeps four people. An open plan kitchen/living room and lovely walk in shower room complete the picture; underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner keep you cosy on those winter evenings. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, Whippletree Cottage enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate dogs in Whippletree Cottage.

1 Gloucester Cottages is nestled in the quaint mining village of Stanton Drew in the Chew Valley, Somerset, The village is home of the prehistoric Stanton Drew stone circles, the second largest stone circle in Britain after Avebury. The cottage is great for families and couples, it has a fully equipped kitchen and is furnished through out, a king sized bed and double with all linen included. We have fast wifi, parking and an open working fireplace for those cosy nights in with a bottle of red.

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

House rules: Quiet time and 10pm end time on hot tub. A detached luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, contemporary barn conversion with a fabulous 44' reception room, with stunning views, chefs kitchen, hot tub and located in an AONB, 1 minutes drive to a fantastic pub. Fabulous countryside walks, fishing, 7 miles to Wells and 12 miles to Bath and Bristol. The barn is not suitable for young children. Located side on, on a small "B" road, the road has become much busier recently. Sorry no pets.

Situated just off the A37 on the edge of the Mendip hills. The ideal base for visiting Wells, Cheddar, Glastonbury, Bath and Bristol. All within a 25 minute drive. There is a petrol station with a convenience store and post office in the village. Opposite the garage is a pub called The Temple Inn- just a 5 minute walk away. A farm shop is 5 minute drive away and a local chinese takeaway within walking distance. There is a hourly bus that will take you directly to Bristol city centre or Wells.

This stunning flat is set in the stables of an Old Georgian Rectory in a peaceful village situated between Bath, Bristol and Wells. With an indoor pool, its own courtyard and garden area and parking for 2 cars this property combines the luxury of an historic setting with the convenience of a totally modern flat. The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

Whilst being only 30 minutes from Bristol, Bath, Wells and Cheddar, you will also be on the doorstep of The Mendips Hills, An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
