Walking, cycling, mountain biking and off-road motor cycling all within minutes of the front door.

The Annexe - Unique and Tranquil Getaway.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. A stylish secluded, two storey, oak framed barn with tennis court, 4 miles from Winchester. Homely space with two bedrooms plus a sofa bed (upon request) and ground floor open plan living area. Super fast WiFi. The Barn adjoins the Watercress Way and stands separately in the grounds with views over open Hampshire fields. Nearest neighbour c.1 mile away but there is loads to do in the area with an abundance of country pubs, one or two within walking distance and beaches within 50 minutes

The Hangar - countryside views, seclusion & peace.

The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.

Idyllic Hideaway Ham Green Cottage near Winchester

The Orchard Studio at Ham Green Cottage is a pretty brick and flint building tucked away in a corner of our truly English country garden. You are completely private. We are family-friendly and you can expect a comfortable stay and warm welcome. We are in a village close to the historic city of Winchester, however our setting is completely rural and quiet. We have a fantastic village pub or there are lots of places to chose from in Winchester itself - the best of both worlds!

Pretty Garden View at Coopers Farmhouse

The garden annexe to Coopers Farmhouse. This self-contained unit is upstairs, above our garage, with a balcony overlooking gorgeous fields and garden. You enter the living room with a mini-kitchen, TV and sitting area and sofa bed (king). Through an archway (no door) and in the bedroom the twin beds can zip together and be made into a lovely big double if required. Finally, an ensuite shower room. A small continental breakfast will be left for your first morning's stay.

Cottage Near Peppa Pig World and New Forest

Elgin Cottage is a 16th century mid terraced home situated in the heart of Whiteparish. Beautifully presented and newly refurbished, this rustic cottage has stunning original features. With a log burner in the reception room which also has space to dine, two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a secluded rear garden, laundry area with washing machine and separate drier, a study area with desk, high speed WIFI, and a bathroom with a bath and shower over.

Colindale Cottage, Nether Wallop

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.

The Old Stables, Derrydown Farm

A spacious cottage - two bedroom, three bathroom - converted from old stables - part of a 15th century traditional Hampshire farmstead in a tranquil edge-of-village setting in the iconic Bourne Valley. Two local pubs and village shop plus historic 12th century church within a 10 minute walk along flat footpaths. One guest described St Mary Bourne as a "Miss Marple village". Anyway it's perfect for a get-away-from-it-all weekend or midweek break.

This stunning country cottage is located in the heart of the Test Valley with its own patio and garden looking out to the fields behind. It is nestled in a lovely rural setting, with beautiful walks from the house, pubs and village amenities within walking distance. The cottage has luxury fittings, a wood burner and provides a haven for couples whatever age to getaway in an idyllic part of rural England. We are happy to host one well behaved pet.

Owls Lodge is an idyllic retreat for two. Completed in 2016 the Lodge is both comfortable and stylish. Located within the garden of the farmhouse, this fantastic lodge has been finished in a contemporary way with relaxation in mind. Situated down a short gravel track along the Clarendon way which is on the Wiltshire/Hampshire border, Owls lodge is perfectly positioned for long peaceful walks and cycling.
