Very quiet and peaceful. Very convenient area and the host is very nice.

Thanks to Eric who taking care of this room, he is very helpful and easy to communicate. Everything is good for the price, and would be perfect if the bathroom not smell from drained water, and one bedroom queen size is very hard mattress like sleep on rock, the king size bed is very comfortable.

J’ai effectué un séjour de 1 mois dans le logement. Tout était parfait et correspondait bien aux photos. Si vous venez sur Hua Hin je vous recommande ce logement.

This place is a fantastic home away from home , situated in between happening beaches of Hua Hin and Cha-am. It's a lovely locality with very warm and hospitable locals and their restaurants and traditional massage centres. The Host too is very helpful,responsivea and so is the office staff. This apartment is quite a luxury and complete value for money. One of my favorite ones now, high on my recommendations for travelers seeking a mix of quiet time and a lot of beach fun. This is one rare find.

Hatten schöne 5 Tage im der Wohnung von Id. Die Anlage ist zwar etwas weg vom Schuss, aber mit einem Roller kann man alles gut erreichen. Der Pool ist einfach klasse! Die Wohnung selbst ist halt nicht sehr groß, aber reicht für 2 Personen aus. Ist gut eingerichtet und Id hat auf Anfrage noch einen Toaster und einen Ventilator gekauft. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Appartement situé a cinq minutes a pied de la plage. En bas de l immeuble, il y a une immense piscine. Le lieu est calme. Des restaurants a proximité mais un peu chers comparés a ceux du centre ville. Enfin, deux epiceries très proches. Pour les grosses courses, il suffit de prendre le songtew et de rejoindre les centres commerciaux de Blueport ou market village en 10 minures. Merci a Pawalee qui est tres arrangeante. Nous avons pu prendre possession des lieux deux heures avant l heure prevue.

Nice apartment which has a wide working desk which was really good for a remote worker like me. The apartment complex has a gym and two swimming pools. Checking in and out was very easy at the condo office downstairs.

Good value for a family with 2 kids. 2 bed 2 bath, place was exactly as advertised. Good wifi. Pool was big. Very secure blg. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Local market for cheap eats nearby as well as a 711 and other restaurants. 10-15 min walk to the beach. Easy Grab ride to shopping malls and other sites. Green bus route about 5 mins walk away. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

j'ai vraiment aimé le condo et l'emplacement tout a proximité : 7/11 resto plage commerces marchand de fruit ambulants et quartier très calme!!! je reste d'ailleurs un mois de plus mais hélas pas chez Siriya juste au dessus même bâtiment. je recommande vivement ce condo . merci Siriya pour votre sympathie et votre disponibilité bravo

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location — just a short walk to the beach, the local market, and the lively Songkran festivities. It was very convenient to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The host was very responsive and helpful, and the security staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive. Excellent apartment, very spacious, comfortable furniture and bed. Balcony was small, but plenty of room for two chairs and the table. Fabulous view from the balcony and the bedroom, waking up to the beautiful sunrise. Lots of storage space in the bedroom. Kitchen was equipped sufficiently for us. Big fridge freezer was very useful. Bathroom was a good size, with decent shower cubicle. Beautiful pool, staff on security very friendly. Plenty of launderettes and great variety of restaurants nearby. Large Tesco/Lotus in Market Village shopping mall about 7mins walk.

Wonderful little apartment close to night markets, the local yoga studio, and the beach. Great gym and pool at La Habana complex. Ravissara was very responsive, friendly and accommodating for our later check in. Perfect for our week long getaway.

what can I say Martin and his partner were extremely helpful and responded within a very fast time to any quiries we had. the home is compact but for 2 persons it's perfect a/c's worked very good as did all the other facilities and in this very well kept apartment. we have stayed in Cha-am quite a few times previously and we love going there no music blaring out till week after midnight your not pestered as you walk around to buy this or that if you are aproached you just politely say no thanks and they go on their way. we're hoping to make another trip probably next year again, we have no doubt about it Martins place is on our must go list. thank you for letting us be your guests.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und die Betten bequem. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dennoch sind Restaurants und der Cicada und Tamarind Markt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Pluspunkt ist auch die Tiefgarage, von der aus man mit dem Aufzug zur Wohnung gelangt. Eric hat Fragen in kürzester Zeit beantwortet und war sehr hilfreich.

I stayed at Olivier’s place with a group of 10 yoga friends. The villa was stunning, clean and more than spacious enough for 11 of us. Our host was really helpful and quick to respond with recommendations for restaurants, beach bars, yoga studios. The villa is well equipped for dining in and the live in maid was a godsend with cooking, washing and booking taxis. She was wonderful. The surrounding gardens are well maintained and the villa and local area felt like an extremely safe place to stay.

Throughout my monthly rental, every agreed-upon detail was fulfilled with enthusiasm and cheerfulness. The accommodation had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to the current market rates. The included cleaning service was a significant plus. Additionally, the 24/7 availability, quick responses to messages, and prompt handling of requests made my stay even more enjoyable. Adrien’s outstanding service deserves a solid 10/10. This is our second stay at Rassamee’s house. It’s in a quiet location away from town but close enough to get there whenever you want. Easy to get grab and bolt and close to shops and good restaurants. We will stay with Rassamee in the future.

We had a great time staying there. The Pool was fantastic and the location is great. The compound is well maintained and very quiet.

The house was absolutely gorgeous as was the garden. The complex was safe and peaceful and beautifully landscaped and laid out. Although the house had its own pool we tended to use the main communal pool, it had a better shallow area for the toddler that was with us and it was bigger. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen and I was able to make proper meals. Tukta, the housekeeper was brilliant at helping us with anything we asked. Also the security guards were so friendly.
